What a great stay! This is in a wonderful location! Property is beautiful, Bill and Tami are great hosts and you just simply could not ask for more! Sad to leave but so excited to come back. Lavender Bay is the best kept secret on Cape Cod! Thanks Bill and Tami!!

Our stay at Lavender Bay was absolutely wonderful and we would book again if we're back in Cape Cod.
The cottage is divine, the magic of Tami is everywhere from the magical cottage garden we looked at as we enjoyed the perfect breakfast again thanks to Tami and Bill.
Beautiful fresh juice and gorgeous homemade cake .
The location is truly divine in one direction the magical cottage garden and in other aspects Cape cod. Also the walks are wonderful. We loved the stroll along the lanes, beach and to the main Street where we found a wonderful cafe.
Loved everything

Breakfast is simple, Fruit, and Muffins that are left in the room. Some drinks are in the fridge as well as basic condiments, butter, and jelly. This fits us perfectly and got us rolling quickly. The grounds of the home are beautiful and the area is blessedly quiet. Left all the windows wide open at night without ever hearing a disturbing sound. Good access to all areas of Cape Cod with very good restaurants, groceries, gasoline, Trader Joe's, etc. within four miles. The waterfront is less than a mile walk down a country lane style road with an old-style New England single-lane bridge. Coffee and Coffee maker with milk in the fridge. Good lighting to the entry to the unit over the garage to help with after-dark returns at night. Comfortable bed, sofa, and chairs with a nice two-person kitchen table and chairs.
Nothing, we settled in quickly and felt like we had moved into our private Cape Condo.

Our hosts provided a variety of breakfast items such as eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, English muffins and delicious pastries. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The location was great since it was a short distance to beaches, golf, restaurants and cruises to Nantucket, Martha's Vinyard and the whale watch. We hope to return soon. Thank you Tami and Bill.
Everything was great!

Bill and Tami greeted us when we arrived and they were so friendly and welcoming! Grounds were beautiful as the garden was in full bloom. Private entrance over the garage led us into a cute little suite equipped with everything you could ask for including a stocked fridge with juice, yogurt and fresh baked goods. Bathroom had everything you could need. Very quiet, peaceful property and within a healthy walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and a little beach. Our ONLY complaint was when we arrived (on a humid day) the room was pretty musty (due to the wall-to-wall carpeting that's trapped moisture over time) so we did have to run the AC for a full day before it became more tolerable. Anyone with sensitive allergies may have an issue, but other than that everything else was spot on. Definitely would recommend this place and stay again - more likely if they put hardwood floors down everywhere. We would otherwise give it a 10 out of 10 given the mustiness, especially so close to the ocean and the naturally humid environment.
Remove all the carpets because they trap moisture/mustiness.

Bill and Tami are wonderful hosts. The kitchen was fully stocked for an elaborate continental breakfast. The Gardens and view were lovely (we were even given some ripe tomato's-delicious). The rooms were bigger than I expected and so cozy. I would stay again if I am ever on the Cape!
Only the weather, we had a bit of rain and couldn't take advantage of the beautiful garden and the Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay.

Bill and Tami go above and beyond to take care of all the little details -fresh fruit, pickings from their garden, so many niceties that make you feel right at home! Will definitely visit again next time we are on the Cape.

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated apartment over a garage on the owners' property. It is wonderfully quiet and in a beautiful, residential neighborhood with views out to the water and overlooking a garden. The hosts have thought of everything. The breakfasts on hand were varied and just what we like, and fresh fruit and baked goodies appeared every day! The location was central for traveling to sites in all directions. When the weather turned rainy, we knew we would be cozy and relaxed inside. I highly recommend Lavender Bay.
We loved it all!

The suite was roomy and clean. The neighborhood is so quiet and we were able to ride our bikes and look at the beautiful homes and views of the bay. The gardens on the property were beautiful. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. We could tell how much pride they take in their home, garden and the suite. Hope to return again!

Very well stocked! If you forgot something, they probably had it in the room. Very pretty, had fresh flowers from their garden.
The bed was excellent, but the rest of the furniture, while pleasing to the eye, was not comfortable to sit in for any amount of time. We used every pillow in the place for seating comfort.
