Quello che Lei scrive è assolutamente non vero in ogni Sua riga.
Ho eseguito eccellente recensione a gennaio 2024 su Booking.com, nonostante le divergenze avute in sala mensa con il Maitre e la Direzione, solo perché Lei era intervenuto e aveva “sbloccato” la negazione totale alla colazione alternativa, “sblocco” poi di nuovo negato nei successivi soggiorni, impedendomi di ricevere l’alternativa. Lei toglie e da la possibilità di una colazione a Sua decisione. 
È un continuo concedere e negare, anche da un giorno all’altro, da un soggiorno all’altro, di un diritto ad alimentarmi senza intaccare la salute.
Dal primo giorno ho comunicato prima al Maitre e poi allo Chef le mie intolleranze, ed anche in quella prima giornata ho avuto una pessima esperienza con il Maitre che ha risposto che se avessi voluto altro era tutto a pagamento. Mai ho avuto una simile esperienza in un hotel, sempre tutti gentilissimi.
Avessi chiesto ostriche e champagne, salmone selvaggio dei mari del nord e caviale russo, posso capire, ma ho ricevuto 1 cipolla dorata del valore di 10 centesimi, 1 carota di pari valore, qualche foglia di lattuga, alcuni limoni. 
Come può dichiarare che esigo dalla cucina un piatto pieno di cipolle crude, un piatto pieno di rughetta, un piatto pieno di carote e limoni, un piatto pieno di spinaci ed uno pieno di insalata verde? Lo Chef prepara un’insalata mista con pochissima insalata, pochissima rughetta, pochissimi steli di mezza carota tagliata ed 1 sola piccola cipolla. Quello che Lei afferma è totalmente falso. Spinaci mai visti. Non sono stata io ad istruire lo Chef, ma ho chiesto di darmi una alternativa vegetale.
Il Maitre alla mia richiesta di un po’ di melone, mi ha chiesto il pagamento extra, con un’aria sempre sgarbata, nonostante non prendessi mai nulla dal buffet.

Helpful staff, decent location, comfortable room

We hadn't realised the pool would be hot, which wasn't much use to us when it's 30 degrees in the sun! Also the breakfast was pretty poor, one of the worst we've encountered

the hotel is placed in an excellent position, easily reached with a short walk. It is also a few metres away from the Ischia Port Terminal and from there you can catch a bus (actually a mini-bus as the streets of Ischia are quite narrow) to just about anywhere on the island. The staff were very friendly and courteous offering precise explanations and details. Highly recommended if you simply want to relax! An added treat (which we did not know about when we booked) was the "percorso benessere" included in the price!

Breakfast was a disaster staff not helpful could not even get an answer as to where to get the coffee so we walked out and had breakfast at a local place

Very efficient and friendly staff. After first day, they remembered us - handy for bar and booking reservations for us. The hotel has old school classic charm / shabby chic. It is not a bland corporate type hotel. We liked it but others may feel a bit tired. Brilliant location - easy walk to marina and beach.

Breakfast could have been better. After first day, we went to nearby cafe instead.

The room was not great, tiny balcony with no view, air conditition was dripping so the floor was wet. The food bas good.

thermal swimming pools were a plus, lovely despite the colour which we were told was natural.

very tired rooms, hard beds, no a/c so hot stuffy rooms no bug nets on the doors so couldn’t leave them open for air without getting bugs in. breakfast wasn’t inspiring
