Situated in Tamborine Mountain, this lovely condo for $139 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This is a Studio, previously used as a artist's studio, the art work has long gone, but the breathtaking views are there for all to enjoy. LGBT Welcome. Fully self contained, with Queens size bed, SMART TV with Netflix , unlimited NBN 50 internet, Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning/Heat Pump, Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board. All linen supplied. Electric Blankets in winter. The Kitchen has a 2 burner electric "Blanco" cook top, Microwave Oven, Coffee Machine, Sandwich maker, refrigerator, cooking & eating utensils. check-in from 2pm , check-out 10 am. Earlier check-in sometimes available.. NO CLEANING FEE…. For security, CCTV monitor driveway and parking areas.

Believe the five star reviews, the guest accommodation is set in a beautiful, tranquil garden/bushland setting, great for bird watching, with spectacular views of the mou tain ranges by day, sunsets in the afternoon,and Brisbane lights of a night, we just loved staying here, it was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we required, Rosemary and Ted are just lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome, it was a wonderful retreat to come back to each day, we will deffinetly be back to stay at Sunset Serenade .

Everything about our weekend was wonderful. The accommodation could not be faulted and Rosemary and Ted could not have been more gracious hosts. The views were spectacular and we will definitely be going back.

Wow, what a stunning property. We had such an amazing time for our weekend stay. Each afternoon we sat on the balcony and were mesmerised by the view and sunset. The colours are the gift that keeps on giving.
The hosts are super friendly and are intent on making sure that everything you need is looked after. Best stay ever.

The Tamborine mountains are a beautiful part of Queensland, and a studio flat in Eagles Nest, overlooking the most amazing views of the surrounding greenspace is a perfect place to hole up for a few days while you explore the area.
As soon as we arrived, the surrounding, beautifully kept property seems to welcome you in. The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, air-conditioned, and tastefully furnished with everything we needed to make it home for our 3 days stay. And yes, there is a sliding door between the bathroom and the main flat.
Our bed was very comfortable, and when it got a bit humid at night the aircon proved to be very effective at the lower settings and barely audible. And that view from the balcony really does live up to expectations, even as we sat one night and watched a lightning storm pass across Queensland from the comfort of this generous space, while we sipped on our champers and ate fine chocolate. Priceless.
Rosemary and Ted simply were the perfects hosts, warm and friendly to a tee, even leaving a birthday card for my wife… and a bottle of bubbly in the fridge to welcome us. They live in the house next door, but you would never know it as our stay was very quiet and peaceful except for the sounds of nature nearby. They do have a dog, but this must be the quietist and friendliest Blue Heeler in all Australia and gave us a very warm reception as well.
We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable sharing this magnificent space with such lovely hosts as Rosemary and Ted (and Bandit) and would happily book it again when we are next in this part of the world.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property has an incredible view over the plains and distant mountains, and you get to see spectacular sunsets. The roomy balcony is situated above leafy trees and shrubs, making you feel a bit like you are in the bush canopy. The area is very quiet. It is a short drive to local bush walks and shopping. The unit is well equipped. Rosemary and Ted were friendly and welcoming hosts on arrival and departure, and respected our privacy during our stay.

Ted and Rosemary were the perfect hosts ( added extra touches with wine and chocolates.) The view from the studio is to die for very comfortable and everything we needed also very private. We stayed 4 days and would highly
recommend so close to everything. Added bonus is they both volunteer at the tourist information so know the best places to visit. Will recommend to friends.

Surprised to stay in an elaborately decorated unite.

Bit of a challenging drive with the long and windy mountain road, but the results worth the effort. Hosts Rosemary and Ted extremely obliging and lovely Ben also welcoming. Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped, breakfast on the balcony is something to behold. Hopefully we can come again soon.

The studio was everything described, clean, the hosts so welcoming and even provided a bottle of wine on welcome.
Lovely to be in the treetops with the birds and such a great view over the valley.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend!! Rosemary (owner of the studio) was very welcoming, kind and made our stay very enjoyable. The studio was well kept, clean and super cosy. The views are amazing, absolutely the best part of our stay was watching the sunsets and enjoying some champagne on the balcony. Would absolutely stay again 😀

We had a wonderful and relaxing few days in this spotless and charmingly appointed little eyrie with its spectacular outlook, close to amenities but quietly tucked away. Our hosts, including dog, were as welcoming as the studio. Thanks for a lovely stay.

My Husband and I absolutely loved this place. Rosemary & Ted were beautiful hosts who truly welcomed us and made us feel really at home. We highly recommend this place. The view is amazing, it takes your breath away as soon as you walk through the front door. We will be back. It was awesome we were close to gallery walk.

In the midst of an escalating COVID-19 outbreak in NSW and beginning also in Queensland, Rosemary remained gracious, welcoming and (at the appropriate distance) friendly. “Stay at home” orders were issued during our stay here, and we were so delighted to have the comfort of this property and the stunning views. Sunset Serenade is exactly that! We had amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Rosemary and Ted were very welcoming and friendly. The studio was very well appointed and extremely comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

The apartment is spotless and private with amazing views. The owners are lovely and have put a lot of thought into the space. We would highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at Sunset Serenade. The property is gorgeous, with wonderful views and well fitted out and in a great location. Rosemary and Ted are wonderful hosts - while respecting our privacy they also made sure we had everything we need. We would certainly stay there again!
