The position in the center of Wadi Musa is good with several restaurants and markets nearby.
The hotel does not have a privite parking lot but it is easy to find a parking spot near the hotel.
The room is basic but it is ok as an economy base to rest after the long days in Petra. The bathroom may need some renovation.

clean room, quiet room although in the middle of a tourist area, many restaurants in vicinity, special offer when dining in family owned restaurant, public parking directly in front of hotel, free wifi, friendly and helpful staff
cold draft from window not well insulated, and we were there in spring when it was cold), only cash payment available, no reserved parking spots (in the evening when there are many people wanting to eat in the restaurants parking spots are scarce)

Nice personal, proximity to Petra and surrounded by some great restaurants.
Rooms are quite small but that wasn't even the issue as we stayed 2 nights only. The whole furniture looks quite old but most importantly, we didn't feel hygiene was quite there. There were some unpleasent smells from the bathroom. This is not an issue limited to this accomodation and I have to say they even exchanged my bedsheets after I asked for this (due to some hairs i found there) but still, these kind of things do not make ones stay comfortable. If you are traveling on a budget, it's fine but otherwise, rooms would need some refurbishment to be trully comfortable.

We have loved the humanity in the Jordaniens people, which was also the case in Al Rashid and all their staff, we are grateful for our wonderful stay with them.

Everything was great, but the shower tub was leaking and bathroom floor was all covered with water. All other things are very positive. Comfy, warm, great wi-fi connection, amazing location, friendly stuff.

The restaurant was great (for lunch and dinner, no breakfast). They gave a lot of discount for us.
The bathroom (I think the room number was 405 but I am not sure). The floor of the bathroom is extremely cold, and the shower place always leaked to the bathroom, so after showers the bathroom was wet and the floor there was even colder. However if we closed the bathroom door, the room was warm enough.

Good location with plenty of businesses and restaurants. Good breakfast, helpful staff, good comfortable bed.
Petra is not very far.
Our room's shower leaked some water on the floor, only one power outlet worked.

Very nice staff, and good breakfast. Located in the middle of Wadi Musa, so small shops, bakeries and restaurants all around. Only 20 minutes walk downhill to the visitor center of Petra.
Arrived in the afternoon. Noticed that the reception and halls were very cold, but apart from a stained carpet, the room seemed ok and the sun was shining in through the window. Went to have a meal at the connecting restaurant. Coming back the room was freezing cold, even with 16-17 degrees outside. The AC was set on 30 degrees (same as the previous guest had put it on), but not possible to get the room and bed warm. I had to put on all the clothes I had (luckily I had packed for cold weather) to try to be a bit comfortable, but didn't help much. I was freezing all night. I had paid for 2 days in Petra on my Jordan pass, so 3 nights here. Had an amazing day in Petra, and planned to go back the next day. Felt tired, but thought it was the full day out in open air and lots of impressions. Coming back to my room again in the afternoon, I started to freeze again, and cough. Realized that I probably was down with the flu, so decided to skip the next day in Petra and go somewhere warmer in the hope of getting better, so cancelled the last night.

The location is in the centre of Wadi Musa and 20-25 min walk from Petra or 5 min ride there. There are lots of restaurants to choose around.
In general it was clean, comfortable and a decent place to stay. Breakfast was also really good, not the usual buffet style, where the food gets cold rather than serving your breakfast from the staff, which is really nice. Serving your breakfast warm makes the difference, well done for that! It also offers you a view towards the main road while having your breakfast.
Not any complaints really. The toilet flush was not working properly and you had to softly tap it in order to fix it, but thats really a minor thing.
