Elevator not working but not a big issue

The beds were comfortable and the room was somewhat clean
There were a few stains on the bed skirt, one of the elevators was broken so it took a long time to get to our floor (we would have done the stairs but it was on the tenth floor and we had a kid with us) the hotel smelled like mould or strong chemicals when you first walk in (the lobby/pool area). There are no vending machines with snacks they only have pop machines and ice machines. There was no parking so we had to park a block away and pay for the parking which was an additional $15 per night.

Beautiful building, and excellent location.
Friendly staff, and delicious buffet breakfast.
Parking was an issue.
First to check in at 3pm but parking spaces were gone.
Had to pay extra and walk to hotel.

Very very cleanly and perfect location to downtown and Budweiser gardens for events. Staff was very efficient to get through a large line of customers checking in as well as friendly.

Too much noise, you can hear the drill as it is inside your room every morning. The elevator noise also can be heard inside the room specially in the sleeping time.
Room service is not good
Room is overpriced compared to others hotels around in the same category and better rooms

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Everything was perfect the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own.
When the snow storm came up on the day we were leaving they were able to arrange for us an extra night and kept us in our own room for the night.
