Great, comfortable.

Breakfast was great, the hotel is modern, quiet and well equipped. Staff were excellent

The disposable cutlery (the only option) were pretty useless. Could not eat cereal with the virtually flat spoons...

Great location to take the Go Train to go to Toronto

The door for our bathroom could not close properly. We were 3 adults and only had two shower towels.

Staff was very pleasant . Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean. Would stay there again.

Good variety. Could have used a plastic knife as the omelet was a little difficult to cut with just the plastic fork. Breakfast location was good.

I would definitely like to go back to this hotel and stay when the pool is open.

The location was good next to a bunch of different restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The gym was well equipped. It felt modern and clean. And if you stay in room 406 than you get a free firework show from your window. Because they do it from the park and it’s in view.

I didn’t know the pool was seasonal. It was not clear upon booking therefore it was closed on Victoria Day weekend. But luckily the weather was cool so we didn’t care.

Booking showed this as a hotel with a pool and shame on my for not confirming. They indeed have a pool, outdoors, meaning march in Canada = no pool. This was a huge let down to my kids

Big, clean room. Great customer service.

We arrived after a long day of travelling only to walk into a hotel full of sports teams. The kids were running up and dow the halls and stairs screaming. A heads up would be good so we could have made other arrangements. The manager was extremely empathetic though and gave us a room as far from the groups as possible.

Exceptional

The breakfast, including the service at breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. George served us both mornings and he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay

The suite was spacious and clean. Everything was updated (bathroom, tvs, etc). Staff was very friendly and inviting. The pictures posted look just like the room. The complimentary breakfast was nice, there was a variety of things to choose from and it was self serve which made things easier. Food was ready to go as you walked in. I will definitely stay here again.

clean, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast ( advertised as continental but had hot choices as well.. was impressed), quiet, great location!!! Great choice for 6 nights.

Very good location, close to train station, lots of restaurants/fast foods in walking distance. Ample free parking, comfortable room.
