The staff was nice !
Old and run down , needs lots of repairs …housekeeping not cleaning rooms properly.

Nothing but location was decent
The front desk/owners are absolutely the rudest people I have encountered. I was not feeling well and asked to check in early, the older guy with the belly, said ok but for $40! The room was $76 for the night - where’s the compassion, where’s your sense of loyalty ( I have stayed here more than a dozen times) where are your manners and above all your customer service skills. Whoever gave this property the franchise needs to be reassessed. I would immediately put it back under corporate and save the Travelodge reputation. I spoke with Booking.com and they couldn’t believe how much the guy wanted to charge to check in early. Do Not Stay here until Travelodge can assign new owners.

The hotel was affordable. There were free(?) copies of The Epoch Times in the lobby. There was a coffeemaker in our room.
The hotel was under construction and half the building was sealed off. The AC unit in our room dripped on the floor and created a large puddle. The toilet seat was broken. There was a sign in the lobby that said the free breakfast had been canceled due to the pandemic.

My room wasn’t same what I booked and you didn’t clarify your facility is under construction .I didn’t fill safe to stay there with my family so I left without staying

It was quiet, didnt see a single bug.
They are in the midst of renovations which was not revealed until I arrived to see the front of the structure ripped apart. The housekeepers need to put in some effort with some chemicals, i used my own glass cleaner and SprayNine to bring the mirrors and tub up to snuff.

Bed very uncomfortable, bath and sink in disrepair.
I may have pushed a wrong button upon making the reservation but unfortunately they could not change my room from smoking to nonsmoking. Didn't seem all that busy.....lots of extra rooms it seemed. Hotel was under construction and somewhat poor looking!!

everything. requested a non-smoking room and there were cigarette burns in the bedding and it smelled like cigarettes, bath room was old and outdated. DID NOT MATCH PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE

Not much to say here. The TV was ok. The receptionist was pleasant
The property should not be operating as more than half of its visible units are boarded up and/or being worked on. Visually is terrible. My room was run down. Old, shower did not drain properly, sink leak water from sides of faucet, carpet was very old, etc.
I should have done my homework. I would never stayed in a place like that again. Had i not eing pressed for time, i would have cancelled it, no two thoughts about it.

This was the most dirty, disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life. It was riddled with cockroaches and aside from that the room we stayed in had what I believe to be blood on the walls, drug paraphernalia all over the place, holes in the walls the bed sheets were obviously never changed there was stains all over the sheets and blankets there were cockroaches crawling out of the bedding I'm sure the place is infested with bed bugs there's construction going on there this place needs to be condemned and shut down, completely unsanitary

The door did not work with the key cards given so I had to wait for the guy at the front desk to come open the door with his keys every time I left the room.
