Breakfast food was great, dining area crowded because sports teams competing in local area took up most early space. Dining at Rickys was really good and not expensive. Room service good.

Disappointed with amenities...Exercise room with only three units while the hotel was full of sports teams! Same for the pool/jacuzzi area

Will surely come back anytime am in Langley.

King size bed was great, fitness centre had good quality equipment (life fitness), breakfast was great and also restaurant was on property. Location was excellent.

It was okay

Hotel was clean and staff very accommodating. The breakfast was good with decent amount and variety. Room was spacious.

I did not like the bed at all - way too soft and I ended sleeping on the pull out sofa. Also thought the price of the place was a little high for a Best Western.

The AC unit in the split room only serviced one side of the split, not both sides.

We could barely get one bar with the wifi. You had to sit in one specific spot in order to send anything Also there was a food truck event that was super loud right outside our room in the parking lot

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptional!

Friendly staff with excellent service. Kid friendly (my grandchildren loved the pool). Very clean. The inclusive breakfast was very good and much appreciated.

I was shocked to find this hotel does zero recycling. No recycling bins in the room or anywhere else. Unacceptable.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good with many healthy options

Stay often and are always satisfied.

Good breakfast

Only concern was the safety in the entrance to the pool area. Only a couple of steps but easy to miss them and take a bad fall. My wife nearly did. A support rail would add stability and give a warning of the stairs. Neil

We are vegans so these hotel breakfasts never have much to offer for us. However the staff did offer extra sliced oranges with the melon.

As vegans we rely on fruit, honey and oatmeal. No honey

Disappointing

There was a terrible odour throughout the hotel. The entry, the halls, and worst of all the room. There was nothing to do or say as my visit was very brief and there really isn't a remedy that they can do for this.
