Location, staff nice

Location of this hotel is very good, right next to Rockefeller Center, 5th/6th Avenue, walking distance from Times Square and even the Central Park.
This hotel definitely does not have a Hilton feeling, at all. Lobby is tiny-tiny. Rooms are really ugly, super-cheap floor/furniture/doors, the crappiest sliding door possible in the bathroom, poor lighting, very smelly and loud AC, and very bad noise isolating windows AND doors. We heard our neighbours loud and clear. We also got an unbelievable amount of noise from the streets. Our room definitely didn't look like on the pictures. It was quite shocking when we entered it. Granted, we probably got the worst floor at all (2nd floor), people on the 20th floor might have been more lucky, but come on, if the hotel wants to place guests on the 2nd floor, it should prepare rooms accordingly (better windows, at least). All in all, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Localização privilegiada. Ao lado do Rockfeller Center, muito próximo de vários pontos turísticos, museus, Central Park, lojas, restaurantes e farmácias. Realmente o ponto alto desse hotel é sua localização. O atendimento também foi muito bom, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
O quarto tinha alguns incovenientes, tais como a ducha que vazava água para fora do box deixando o banheiro totalmente molhado após cada banho. Também tinha um guarda roupa muito próximo a outro móvel impedindo a abertura de gavetas e uso do cofre. Mas esse último problema foi resolvido após termos avisado a recepção do hotel.

Personel yardımseverdi. Yüksek katta olmasını istedik odanın müsait olduğu için ayarlaya bildiler.
Oda içindeki kasanın pili bitti, söyledik, hemen ilgilendiler.
Kalabalık olduğu zaman biraz asansör bekledik.

Room was very well laid out, well lit, comfortable, and included a mini fridge. For a small space, necessary in Manhattan, it felt roomy. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows.

The location was fantastic—across from Rockefeller Center and just a few blocks from the theater district, down the street from Radio City Music Hall, and MOMA.

I liked the proximity to Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. I also liked the discount on parking.
The lobby smelled like cigarettes every time. Also night one there was a man with his pants down totally wasted and on drugs dancing bizarrely right outside the front door of the hotel where u enter from the street to the lobby. My 13 year old daughter and I had to walk by him to enter the hotel.

Location, cleanliness.
Gym right next to guest rooms and open 24/7. Couldn’t sleep due to treadmill noise.
Shower was barely warm and certainly not hot.
No views whatsoever (photos are deceiving).
Staff extremely rude; just acted mute.

-Location is very good and in a very clean and safe area also it was clean didn’t face any issues with the elevators
-stuff were friendly expect for one shift when we wanted to do late checkouts they didn’t give extra efforts to do it
Price was a little too high for a small room yet I guess New York prices is high anyway
-the shower need to be fixed as every time you take a shower the water flood all the restroom they promised they will fix it
-there should be flexibility in late checkouts more than this

I wasn’t expecting much after reading rewievs on my way from the airport, but what a nice surprice, the room was spacious and bathroom very nice, staff friendly and everything perfect. Can’ t complain about anything, thank you🥰

Location was perfect for broadway/Central Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never had any trouble with waits for the elevators and we were on the 23rd floor.
Room was noisy at night but I imagine that comes with the territory and location.

Algunos días un ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio lo que fue complicado y una pérdida de tiempo. En la recepción les falta un poco de calidez.

Location
First nights stay I couldn’t sleep as there was a noise in the wall all night, sounded like a pipe rattling. Spoke to reception all they advised is they will look into it but it didn’t solve the problem
House keeping didn’t tidy my room on the 1st day they knocked on the door at 6pm asking if they could tidy which at this point I was back in my room.
It is defiantly not the Hilton you would expect, room is tired. Everything seems to be broken and not in good condition.

Wir haben einmal im Restaurant gefrühstückt. Uns war schon klar das das Frühstück nicht ganz preiswert ist, auf unserer Rechnung stand 79 Dollar, ich hab sogar 5 Dollar Trinkgeld noch mit dazu geschrieben. Abgebucht wurden aber knapp 100 Euro, das finde ich schon eine Frechheit.

gutes King Size Bett, gute Lage
- trotz "Studio Suite" sehr kleines Zimmer: wenn man das Zusatzbett ausgezogen hat war keinerlei Platz mehr für das Gepäck
- das Zimmer lag neben dem Fitnessstudio (6. Etage niemals buchen!!!), das Studio kann ohne Zeitbegrenzung benutzt werden und besonders das Laufband ist sehr laut (an Schlaf ist dann nicht mehr zu denken!)
- Das Hotel hat fast 30 Etagen, verfügt aber nur über 2 Aufzüge - lange Wartezeiten in der sehr engen Lobby sind an der Tagesordnung

Location was the best, stone throw to TimeSquare
Rooms were small, breakfast was horrible and expensive we even abandoned eating there, we had to literally request this or that to be replaced in our hotel and this would take long to be delivered, lifts were small and always full, no cash payment policy was the worst for me especially because I did not know about it and the staff was steadfast about the policy despite having travelled from abroad. The hotel does not have a bank account where one can deposit the money and they just insist on card payments.

Very inefficient. Only 1 working elevator for the entire hotel for the entire weekend. It was awful and created a lot of delays. It was also never fixed?

No water bottle at check in even though I was a Hilton Honors member.

Very noisy area with heavy traffic throughout the night. Only one elevator was working meaning long wait whenever going up or down

Great location near 5th avenue shopping, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Close to subway.
Only one elevator was working which meant waiting up to 10 mins on some occasions. Gym was rather small and some of the equipment wasn't working.

Hotellet er noe smått i sin helhet. Trekk for at bare en heis virket. Små slitasjer på rom og i gang som trekker ned helhetsinntrykket.
