Clean, good upkeep. Bed comfortable.
Adjacent room was noisy (not great sound barrier?). Someone was blasting music outside my window for about 25 minutes from the parking lot. Pillows were a bit thick for my liking. Hampton inn has the best thin down filled pillows.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel
When my husband and I use the pool and hot tub he slipped they should have handles going into the hot tub not only going up the steps

Reception-I called for a wake up call Nov 5 and there was no answer at front desk or restaurant, despite me letting it ring for over a minute and calling a total of 3 x

Heater in pool was broken and should be mentioned to guest prior to booking. Also jets in hot tub were out of Order!

This lovely hotel was an unexpected find in our travels up the New Brunswick Coast. We enjoyed our river view room!
Restaurant staff seemed overworked and stressed at both dinner and breakfast. More support is probably needed.

It is a great location. They do have a number of facilities, and it is on the River. Walking trails are close, as are other shops and services. Nice to have Housekeeping services back. Rooms are a nice size and well appointed and very clean.
The hotel and property are great. The restaurant does need work. It does not appear clean, and the food is not up to their old standards. Salmon was way overcooked, and the chicken alfredo was bland.

Location was amazing
Asked for a pet friendly room, ended up with a room on the third floor so that I needed to go down the hall, then the stairs to take my dog outside. Reception said they hadn't read my request.
