Pool was good. Rooms were clean.
Facility is starting to look dated. Hasn't been upgraded since we stayed their 10 years ago. Paint and carpets all showing extreme wear. For the price I would expect more.

the property was very overpriced for what you received. pool area, rooms etc are very dated and in need of updating.
the parking was not very convenient, layout was very confusing and property was old and needs updates.

The breakfast was amazing. The spa was really nice, water was warm/hot. My room was outdated a bit but still very comfortable. We had a drip coffee machine but we found out other rooms that were updated had a Keurig. We were able to get ours switched out. The phone in our room didn’t work but maintenance very promptly replaced it for us. The view from our room/balcony was of the park which was very beautiful.
Seemed like we were missing furniture and some chairs. There was an empty space that definitely could have had a table with some chairs for playing cards.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, view of the park was nice outside our balcony. No loud noises during the night from the hotel. Liked that the restaurant was downstairs, served a tasty breakfast and our waitress was great. We were on the same floor as the pool so very convenient.

The pool was awesome.
Cable tv wasn’t working (90% of the channels), the spa bath wasn’t what I had in mind as the jets had hardly any pressure and just the overall condition of the room considering the price eg all the scuffs and chips on the unit underneath the bar fridge, cracks in baseboards and drywall.

The bathroom could have been cleaner ( hairs everywhere) the pool could also have been cleaner (around the pool was all scummy and dirty) TVs weren’t working when we were there either. Not anyones fault but still kinda sucked.

the lobby is nice the cool face towels at the pool were nice.
the rooms are dated especially the bathrooms, the bed was not that comfortable and a bit noisy. the pool closes advertises open for swimming for kids until 9 but closes for cleaning at 8:30-9:00 which is just a ridiculous time to close - so my kids couldn’t swim. the pool could use some maintenance .

I liked using the pool and the spa service was great.
We waited over an hour to get checked in to our room. Check in is at 4. We didn’t get our room till 549pm . When we finally got to our room went to use the washroom there was no toilet paper went back down to the staff desk no staff could be found. We called down over 4 times still no answer at the staff desk. We were not given the complementary robes to use during or stay till the second day. House keeping didn’t come to our room until the third day. I had to clean out the jet tub it was not cleaned properly. For the price we paid for four days , I expected better service.

I like the pool.
Late check in, had to wait for half an hour. Room was not great for the price you pay as it needs a serious renovations. Carpet was dirty, there was a chipped on the tiles and dated furnitures.

The jet tub in the room was good
The entire hotel needs maitenance done. The coffee maker was so dirty and gross we would not wven use it. Pool is so crowded you can hardly move. Shouldnt even be allowed to charge half the price they do!

The water and the polite staff
How expensive it was to stay there, the bathrooms in the spa were absolutely revolting, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and were hard to even get comfortable.

The hotel is in a great spot in the centre of MooseJaw and the heated indoor/outdoor mineral pool was a a good facility to have access to as much as we liked. Access to parking was good (although a heads up of where/how to park in advance of our arrival would have been useful). The robes we got to walk to/from the pool were of good quality.
The room decor was fairly tired and dated. Given the price we paid in relation to the alternatives available in the town, we expected the rooms to be in a better condition. Likewise we had to ask for robes as they were not available and we weren't aware before arriving that slippers/ footwear to walk to the pool wouldn't be provided. Had we known in advance we could have taken them. The pool area is also looking fairy tired and in need of some TLC. There are missing tiles and plenty of rust visible which detracts from any feeling that this is a 'luxe' option. Snow clearing in the car park would have also been useful given that we had cases to wheel across. We found our room fairly noisy, but that may have just been bad luck.

Pool
reception was booking to us rooms in 2 different floor till we make issue with them then they put us away but in the same floor, also the bar tender in the coffe shop next to pool is having the worst personality i ever saw in any hotel

Very confusing as our room was across the street.
Around the pool there were no lounge chairs and it was chilly.
5.0
The spa and whirlpool tub was nice.
The room was plain and decor could use some better staging for the price of the room.

Pool was great. Love the fact it opens at 7am and doesn't close until 11pm.
Room was a smidge tired and could be freshened up.
