Trouble at check in. Room had a dirty sock in it, and stains on bedsheets. Pool bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Pool was freezing and dirty. Many people living at this hotel so you can forget your comp. breakfast, quietness, and privacy! I couldn’t even go out my the door of the hotel without getting approached by someone.
We booked because we thought it was very close to airport- It is not.

5 minute shuttle to the airport. Friendly personnel, very comfortable bed, lovely decor and a fresh chocolate chip cookie on arrival!

The staff was under trained. There was garbage everywhere. The room smelled bad. there was a bag of garbage left in the elevator.

very dirty, and unkept. found blood all over the floor in the bathroom where the pool was.
people complained about every single thing. including the door closing. apparently it was too loud.
