Exceptional
Huge rooms, friendly staff and great location to our wedding venue
I think they need to lower the chlorine levels in the pool, the smell was quite strong but we still enjoyed the hot tub

it was very quiet, very clean the breakfast had good choices to start the day with…
we went there for one night and it is amazing. very clean, quiet and the stuff were really nice. If we didn’t have to leave for work for sure we would stayed longer. we loved it..

Definitely will return!
Beautiful building, convenient location, spacious and stylish room! The bed was comfortable, lighting in the room was perfect, and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, especially Kim - she provided a lovely check-in experience and was so helpful and kind answering any questions I had!
I found a bug in the water reservoir of my coffee machine in my room, and the hair dryer did not work.

Great place and great people working there!! I'll BE BACK!
Covid wrecked the great breakfast , however we were still accommodated with choice of breakfast bag full of goodies
We have had more than one bad experience with the A&W next door so stay away and try MC Donald's West down the street and as long as the girls running the place aren't talking tooo much that day you will get good service lol.

Very enjoyable, the customer service was exceptional and we’ll definitely book again
Breakfast was a typical bag lunch due to Covid so not great. My husband and I really enjoyed the reservation for the pool so we had everything to ourselves for an hour!

Superb
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Excellent location as it is right off the highway. If we are ever in Sundre again, we will definitely stay here again.
Only thing we could mention was the hallway was very cold.
