good home base for Pender Harbour area or really for seeing the much larger area of Sunshine coast

location great with a car, only minutes from restaurants and town, view was great so relaxing at the room was also great

it was in a residential area so not great for walking around, and you were sitting above a harbour but we could not walk down to visit the marina

Very unique character cabin and the ocean view. Being able to see the clear night sky with full of stars while you lay down on the bed.

The room was a little small.

Good place to stay for a single person.

The room had an amazing view, overlooking the harbour. Combined with the outstanding sunsets, very nice.

First, I'm a big guy, 6'4", 240 lb and the room is small so getting around inside the room was a bit of an issue. Everything you would need is there but on a Tiny-Home scale. The outdoor shower is funky and I like it but probably wouldn't be as much fun if it was cold outside. Plus there were other guests sitting on their balcony, who had a first-hand view of the shower so that was interesting.

The most gracious host!

Dani is AMAZING. Helped us thru snow challenges for our car by helping clear the snow on the road. Was extremely accommodating. She’s the best!

Unsanitary hot tub. How can you rent a place in the fall months with a bad. Heating system

Place was clean. But a clean cold room is still not acceptable

Contact numbers for our issues stated out of order for emergency. Called home and cell numbers and no answer or ability to leave voice mail. Daniella did call back and offered a second space heater but we told her that with the electrical fault message we were not comfortable staying and relying on 2 small electrical space heaters

Basic with high costs

Nice view, spacious room.

Just a basic appartement. On their own site they name it a B&B, shame they call it that in stead of appartement, that gives other expectations. Price way too high for what you get. I've not seen the host. An envelope on the door with the number for the digital door lock led me in the appartement. No service, no room cleaning, no breakfast, no host to be seen. Drinkwater system had no water. Appartement too far from restaurants and too dangerous to walk on road. One of the worst experiences I've had with a room.

I didn’t stay

I didn’t stay. The room was not want was advertised on booking.com. I learned later it was the backpacker unit and not suitable for 2 people even though I booked for two people. I feel the room was misrepresented online

There was no room to move as it is the backpackers unit. The shower is outside

location was good, cabin/hut is very cute. felt like we were 'glamping'. pretty view of trees and the water

no hot water in bathroom. had to keep my blinds closed or else the other people staying there could look in and see 100% of my activities.

I didn't stay there myself it was a Xmas gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. They absolutely loved it and added on an extremely night, they also said they enjoyed it so much it will be there Xmas gift for the forseeably future. Thanks to all involved 😃😃

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was beautiful it was so much now I know there’s a power outage it felt like a little cottage and the host was so kind and willing to let us stay another night if we needed.

A very special kind of setting. We will remember the experience as the difference from a hotel.

It would be nice to have breakfast, but no. Not sure what is the reason. Could be because the pandemic? However, a clear explanation would be helpful. Like « there’s a coffee machine but you have to bring your own ground coffee ».

Can the outdoor shower be sealed? It’s cold outside, especially in the winter.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway!

The suite was perfect, and the view spectacular. It was clean, and bright and met our needs.

Perfect Summer Get Away, hopefully will come back next Summer

I stayed in the Tiki-Hut for 4 nights in August and for me this was the best Summer get-away experience ever. The Tiki-Hut is a cute small room but big on privacy. The exterior shower was very nicely decorated. The view from this room was amazing. It felt like a little bit being in a tree-house with a view of the habour. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and included fresh fruit and home-baked pastries.

Nothing could have been better.

Good

Clean room, nice big windows. Included shampoo, conditioner and soap in dispensers as opposed to tiny bottles, less waste, easier to use.

The shower is outside of the room, be prepared to take shower with spiders and other insects. No breakfast included in the tiki hut. Considering the facility and size of the room it's a bit overpriced. You can get a room at Grasshopper hotel just 5 min away for the same price.
