Nestled in Lagos, this lovely condo for $34 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We have 2 different, 3 bedrooms en-suite furnished apartments of your choice. Are you coming to Nigeria and you want to be out of prying eyes or you want to have time for yourself? Our location helps you to connect to any other part of the city. We are located by ojodu Berger with easy access to the airport, Ikeja, Ogba, Agidingbi, Alausa and the motorway to third mainland bridge, lekki, V/I and lagos - ibadan motorway. We offer 24/7 security, furnished throughout with air-conditioning, cookware in case you want to do some cooking with entertainment TV at your disposal . All the beds are king sizes with an en-suite. A standby generator is available.Electricity is OK in the area and also, we have rechargeable fans when the light is off. The generator serves as a back up. We fuel the generator first while subsequent one is by the guest. The service of fuelling can also be arranged. The security personnel on ground for 24/7 support this service with the switching on and off upon your instruction. We can arrange pick up and drop off from the airport on arrangement. The area where the property is located is secure and close to Shoprite Shopping Mall in Alausa, Ikeja Shopping Mall and different eateries in Ojodu. Brauseng Apartments has been in the hospitality environment for a while. We have more than one apartment and we implore our prospective guests to send us enquiry even when it seems its booked, we can always work something out. We give guests complete independence and comfort by giving them the key to the whole apartment without sharing so guests can decide to stay with their love ones in Nigeria in the same apartment. We cherish all our guests and we provide excellent customer service. We also offer car hire service which is cheaper than the local taxi or Uber. Arrangement can be made for the car hire to pick you up from the airport.

I can't even put into words how horrendous my experience has been with this property. I expressed my concerns about the space- the location, hair in the tub drains which made you wonder if they’d been cleaned at all, and mold in the cooler. Another concern was noisy generators blowing fumes into two of the bedrooms. The noise and smell rendered these two rooms not usable and most assuredly unsafe. Plus the electricity went out about an hour after we arrived! So we were left to fumble around in the dark all evening after I endured an arduous trip from the U.S. And we couldn't reach the property manager for help as he had neglected to call us with his phone number as promised. We left after the first night. In addition, the owner proved to be dishonest when given the opportunity to remedy the situation. Of course it is very difficult to do business with someone who has no problem making false claims to disparage you and cover his tracks. Very disturbing. In any case, I have better things to do than to put down some random person. It is with great despair that I recount this horrid experience. It is my hope that I can prevent someone else from facing this kind of treatment and/or possible loss of funds! I’m still struggling to settle matters related to this disaster. I'm trying to keep this relatively brief and I'm not allowed to respond to the owner's response, but I hope you get the picture. All the best with your search. Keep looking!

Nice quiet location. 1 double size bed in each bedroom. Price paid is fair for location. Location is not in lagos but realy close and 20 minutes from Airport outside of rush hour times. Water flows from faucet. Electricity is not constant generator was provided first fill was free. I did use the hire car service, driver was very friendly. Not really any negative things to say as all my issues were addressed. Owner responds within reasonable time.
