Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were friendly and attentive. I needed a room set up for the disabled & it had ample room for the wheelchair and the walker. My husband forgot his toothbrush and they provided one. The bed was very comfy and the room was warm and cosy.

The roll-in shower had an inch and a half lip and was shallow in depth. I couldn’t use it. Not ideal when travelling. No automatic door switch for the heavy room door.

Staff is very friendly. Facility is very clean. Breakfast is an added bonus and delicious. Lots of variety.

Breakfast was excellent, hot and fresh. I had 2 lamps not working in my room and the staff replaced the lightbulbs as soon as I reported it. We had a lot of people travelling from far distances gathering in the breakfast room and chatting over the 9 am ending of the breakfast time and no one rushed us to get out. Thank you for that!! The room and bathroom was clean and large enough. The photography on the walls in the whole hotel was excellent and interesting!

There was a small old blood stain on my bottom sheet, that's why you got a 'good' not 'excellent' for cleanliness. It was an easy thing to miss, no big deal.

I don’t want to nit pick and I appreciate staying the night in the storm , but the bath tub plug would not seal and the coffee pot needs a dose of vinegar- it was so slow lol but you fed me well ( so yummy) and lots of coffee for breakfast so it’s all good! thank you! 😊
