Very good

It was a great room. Clean, air conditioning was awesome, great television.

I asked if there was an early check in, and a late check out option. The staff member told us over the phone that this property could accommodate that. The staff member said that he would note that we wanted to check out between 1pm-2pm on our reservation. at 11:40am, the front desk called to remind us that check out was at 12. I tried to let them know that we had a late check out, but they had already hung up. Before I could call back, a hotel attendant was knocking on the door to come in and clean, it was only 11:50am at this point. I answered and told her that we were finishing up our packing. She said okay and that she would come back. I shut the door and went to call the front desk, but before I could, the front desk called again to let us know that a maintenance man needed to get in our room. After spending over $200.00, and getting told that late check out was available for us, just to be rushed out, not by one person, but three. I have never had anything like that happen to me before at this property, let alone anywhere else.

A sweet comfortable stay.

Overall the location is great near many things including food, entertainment, campus, and convention center. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property felt safe and secured.

There was a bit of noise that carried through from the streets below and the tub was clean but seemed a little dingy. I've stayed here before with more economical rates, but this time the rate per night was much higher.

Was acceptable but Candlewood could step it up to best in class experience in Terre Haute

location and front desk staff.

No restaurant. Ned very poor. super saggy in the middle. Loud, dated air conditioner.

Misrepresentation and chaos

Location and rooms were nice

The misrepresentation that I was booking directly with Candlewood. I was overcharged for the rooms along with it being a prepaid room. I cannot recommend this to anyone.

A little more forthcoming staff could have been helpful. Like advising on what to do in Terre Haute.

Wonderful! Comfortable.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with tall ceilings.

Excellent location for downtown Terre Haute

Large room with full size fridge and equipped kitchen. You probably wouldn’t want to cook a meal but great for breakfast preparation & reheating food.

They need to re-visit pet policy. Several rooms had parking dogs. All night one would start then another dog in another room would start. More about owners, but if they don't care maybe property should change pet policy.

Surprisingly nice 3-star hotel. Only downside is no breakfast and there was a little snafu with payment but the staff was very nice. I highly recommend.
