The front desk staff was exceptional, but the man who manned the bar at the managers happy hour was so personable and nice.
You need softer pillows and the bed was hard.

Breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast and quite well prepared. It would be nice to vary the offerings though. Every morning of our 3 day stay was the same.

The breakfast was average...nothing special. I've had better and worse breakfasts at hotels. Some of the reviews I saw said it was excellent...I don't agree.
We had to wait for our room to be cleaned which was annoying after driving so far. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

location of the property made it easy to walk to local shops and eateries. We were here for the foothill wine event so I love that we were able to walk and drink and return back to the room without having to drive.

Location, Breakfast and Happy hour.
The shower in our room had hair in the drain and no body soap. Water was cloudy and very strong chlorine smell.

nice breakfast, pretty lobby
We payed 60$ for our dog for 1 night stay. If you know the price, you have to provide it at booking come.
Other hotels have price on website (around 30-60$), so you know what to expect. In you case you say: "Fees may apply", which is completely misleading.
Also, if this is a pets friendly hotel and you charge 60$, why there is no place for dogs to poop outside?
On parking lot (basically you have only parking lot outside of hotel), we saw pet waste in few places...probably this is a place to go..
