todo pésimo, tuve muchos problemas, si hubiesen tenido un poco de iniciativa los toleraria
Llegue muy tarde, la habitación no tenía agua caliente, despues de discutir me ofrecieron otra (querían cobrarme otro precio a pesar de que era un problema de ellos), en la siguiente habitación no funcionaba la calefacción ni la TV, me ofrecieron una habitación en el tercer piso pero no funcionaba el ascensor... como iba a quedarme unas horas y tenía equipaje preferí sufrir un poco de frio y no trasladarme, muy mala voluntad para solucionar los inconvenientes, tuve que reclamar, a pesar de mi paciencia

Racial profiling and discrimination.
Smoking all around the building especially at each entrance. It’s disgusting that even non smokers had to pass through that area always filled with smoke to enter the hotel.

Nothing special on this hotel. Just a place to sleep.
I book this hotel because of my budget. The room is dirty and they even not clean the room during staying there for 3 nights. Bathroom broken fixtures and wiggly bathtub. You will hear noise from the other room which make the night uncomfortable.

Last time we stayed there, there was no hot water. For our recent stay out a/c was not working.

They took my $100 dollars deposit and then told me I smoked in the room. And we are not smokers smh they didn’t even call or show evidence. So imma sue them

Staff was friendly.
You could tell the hotel is old. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom for a shower. And the toilet didn't flush half the time

When you flush the toilet it was very very loud. And I also asked for king-size that not a queen size

Friendly staff and pricing was decent. Beds are comfortable. Was clean for the most part.
Sink in bathroom leaked so always a puddle on the floor. Water for showers was Luke warm at best and plain cold on our last day. Was there 3 nights and only had maid service once and had to ask for clean towels. No working phones in the rooms.

Overnight clerk double charged my card, then refused to accept responsibility. 2 charges from the property, who else would have done it? I'm not sure if she's a rip off artist or just clueless. Don't think I'll stay there again, complete lack of integrity

it was dirty, the towels stunk of cigarettes and they have me a room so far form the front desk that they refused to help me with anything but had no problem banging on the door early for no reason. it's a joke

Compared to other budget hotels in New York it is good.
The sink was leaking. I had another issue the manager dismissed completely.

good location , comfortable room
Woke up to insects on our bathroom floor, Breakfast didn't come with room. We were the only ones in the dining area ,(first red flag). Server was um , not pleasant. Gave us a menu with little to chose from. Food was cold and low quality. When I checked out of the hotel they refuse to give me a receipt of my stay , even though they held $100 deposit on the room .

the condition of the building needed lot repairs,
dirty rugs, i walked from my room onto masonite in the hall, no coffee maker, hall smelled like cigarettes, laundry room both machines were under repair, upolphstered chair had 2 holes, no stopper in the tub, clean the rug in room ,
needed new rugs the tV was really blurry.
