had to run the hot water tap for several minutes to receive Luke warm water, shower worked fine.

lovely large suites with plenty of space for everyone. clean and neat. pool was nice and fitness center looked good. staff were very welcoming.
expensive for what is offered. location isnāt great , not too close to the beach or restaurants. Bedding was substandard and the ac was very loud at night . no waters offered in the rooms .

The breakfast could have been a bit better. The pool area is not so inviting. I didnāt see the sign at check in for house service to be informed 24 hours in advance. Needed a bigger fridge and a freezer.

Friendly staff. Location. Spacious clean room.
No hot water. No one came to room when reported. No offer to change rooms. Phone was unplugged from wall. No explanation. No one came to room. "Just plug it in we were told". Tub spout was coming loose from wall.
