Older hotel past it's prime and in need of lots of maintenance and upgrades

Room was large, clean. Parking outside of door. AC worked well.

Lobby was really tired. This is a older motel in need of lots of upgrades. TV froze and was unusable.

Great places to stay if the room is ready to be rented.

We've sayed at this location previous.we didn't have any issues before. Normally a great place to stay.

We stayed in a king room, the room was just finished the night before, there was no clean up in the room when finished. soo it still smelled like paint, There was dust on the floor on the shelves in the cabinets everywhere still. No phone, no trash can, no desk or chair. No mirror so that was interesting trying to do my hair in the morning. I did let the staff know that morning, Took. Till the afternoon to get trash. & phone .Security door also does not lock.

cheapest place in town

The location was good and the room was very clean. It is obvious that the owners are in the process of making updates and that is great. This property has good potential.

The room did not have anything in it for comfortable sitting. The mattresses are quite uncomfortable. We brought in outdoor chairs to have somewhere to sit other than the bed. garbage from a previous cleaning sat outside of our door the entire time we were there.

Wouldn't stay there again til it's all done. Maybe not then either.

The room was a nice size. I liked that it had 2 doors. One to the parking lot n one to the court yard. Looked like they were remodeling. Paint cans n such out in court yard. Bathroom was good and appeared clean.

Our room had a big gap under the door to the parking lot. I bet it was a couple inches. Wind blew in. Then we had people above us with kids. They ran around n didn't settle down til 10:30. When the front desk was told they weren't interested. My last complaint were the beds n sheets. They were old n worn out.

Love this place!

We stayed here for the last 3 years for our yearly family vacation. As a matter of fact we get the same room every time, King smoking room # 109. We are always treated royally. Our stay with this hotel is the best, cant beat the price, the room is huge, the bed is very comfortable. We will be back next year...

Refrigerator and AC worked and our car wasn't broken into so that was a plus.

Pulled into the parking lot and thought it was a bit sketchy. Was sent to a room someone's kids were already in. There was no mention about an additional charge $50 for our dog which is half the price of the room and not a deposit, a charge. This place was a rip off the women at the front desk wasn't friendly she seemed annoyed with me that she gave us a room with kids in it. Had we known when we booked that we had to pay that much extra for the dog we definitely would have gone elsewhere but it was booked online and non refundable so we were stuck. Boyfriend and I were both exhausted the next day neither of us slept good on the beds and I got hives on my neck that night went to car for my pillow...maybe body didn't agree with detergent they use (not there fault) I hate leaving bad reviews but I would not stay here again.

I would book here again. The rooms are vary nice and the prices affordable.

The staff was kind friendly. The pool was a delightful and refreshing to have available.

I don’t really have anything I don’t like. I no complaints about my stay.

Comfortable enough and close to nightlife.

The location was fantastic because I could walk to go out for drinks downtown at night, yet it as quiet. The room was not fancy but was pretty well maintained, clean and comfortable. Even the carpet was fairly clean (when I walked around in my socks or barefoot). The internet worked well too.

I really would have liked more electrical outlets for electronics, especially by the bed. The few existing open outlets in the room were completely worn and plugs wouldn't stay plugged in.

The location is central to Lake Havasu and the amenities within walking distance are perfect, 1 to 2 min walks. (food, shopping, entertainment). The building is made of brick and you can't hear any neighbors. We usually use the upstair rooms and the view from the balcony is amazing. The staff is super friendly and there's plenty of parking. we stay here every time were in town for fun or work.

Add a coffee vending machine to the front office, you will make a bundle.
