Jacuzzi was wonderful!
The comforter and sheets were a bit damp as well the room was humid and we had difficulty getting it otherwise. Soap was open and in sink drain from night prior. Bed firm! Great for back sleepers but not side!

Location was great, breakfast was good and staff was great!! Beds were comfortable but for price and when it says queen bed would be niceif they were queens
Carpets need cleaned. Ours was sticky and very dirty, daughters feet were dirty walking across it. Beds advertised misleading. Think it will be queen but just a full size. If our son had been with we wouldn't have fit. 5 year old wouldn't leave water alone, sink/counter very low

The outside was pleasant as was the lobby. The desk clerk was friendly.
The housekeepers did a poor job; my room was a disappointment. There was a snarl of hair behind the bathroom door, dirt under the sink, the entry floor was all discolored and looked dirty, the sheets were a polyester blend and hot as hell to sleep on. The breakfast crew coughed into a pan of freshly replaced scrambled eggs (didn’t cover cough), and also the inside of the yogurt refrigerator!🤯🤬

The sink drain was very slow, but maintenance had it fixed within an hour of my request for a repair.

Have stayed here many many times, this was the very first time I was able to have a room on 1st floor as requested on reservation. Hope I don't have to wait another 20 stays to have a request granted

I liked absolutely nothing.... reserved the room online got there and was told because we lived within a 50 mile radius we could not stay there.... do not recommend.

Easy on & off I-90, & close to restaurants, coffee shops & retail establishments. The front desk staff member was very friendly & there was a good breakfast selection included in room cost. Room was quiet, clean & spacious and recently repainted, which shows that the hotel keeps up with maintenance. Very clean bathroom another plus. All in all, a wonderful hotel that we’ll definitely return to!
The only improvement that I can think of would be to replace the carpet with vinyl plank flooring - carpet just holds too many allergens. My guess is that this is already on the list for future improvements!
