older run down, sheets had stains

This room met our needs for a fast overnight stay. It was quiet. Van Horn is in a windy part of I 10. We felt safe enough. The city is a poor place.

the location is next to a freeway and not really near anything but we didn’t hear the traffic

The price was good and it was right next to the interstate which made it a really quick morning getting back to my trip
I just wish there was a couple more towels but that was literally the only thing that I was not satisfied with but who am I to be satisfied with everything in the world you know what I mean. I mean what gives me the right to think that I should be satisfied with all things . I made it work. I was okay. I was safe and my dogs were safe it did everything I wanted it to do.

although the hotel is old I found it to be clean and well maintained.
there need to be better sound proofing on the rooms facing I-10. you could hear the trucks and cars traveling east on I-10 through the windows.

The rooms felt dirty, we asked for conjoining rooms for our family but there was one door outside.

Towels were paper thin and only 3 towels provided. Bath tub in daughter in-laws room was dirty.

Picture on the booking site was TOTALLY misleading! When we drive up it was NOTHING as promoted in Booking.com! Huge disappointment!!!!!
Picture made it look new and the place is old and NOT graded at all.

not very clean and towels very thin and the staff at check in not friendly! We were awakened at 2:30 AM to screaming and yelling as the neighbors were obnoxious

Door to room didn't close right. Had to really push to close tight. Bed was so hard felt like I was sleeping on a kitchen table.

it was super unclean, the walls were so thin we could hear every guest all night talking, the whole room was so dirty I kept coughing all night from the smell of smoke even though it was a smoke-free room it smelled of smoke.

Pillows (lumpy)and mattress (uneven)were horrible. Go lay on it and you will see.
