we recommend

owners are friendly. great location . everything works . well lit and safe property . many different options for rooms . the owners work to accommodate repeat guests. we don't need a pool. we are right near a beach.

route 28 can be tough

decent place for a decent price would stay again

location is great. everything is within a short scenic drive. staff was very friendly. room was clean and spacious. outside the room seemed kept up example landscaping overall stay was good.

door lock mechanism seemed off? poss time for an upgrade room seemed outdated but otherwise clean quaint shower made a weird noise when on and shower head was not that great not trashing the place but constructive criticism is good decent place to stay would stay again

The motel is clean but needs some TLC both inside and out. If done prices would go up. The staff is very friendly.

This was a REALLY good motel, I’m going to be back next year and tell all my friends!

The staff was so friendly, and I left not feeling scammed like a lot of hotels do.

They should maybe add a ramp or two, since it’s not wheelchair accessible.

Nothing

All drug addicts and prostitutes during my stay making it very uncomfortable. I Will never recommend , was hassled by the staff, They had to check my room to make sure I didn't steal the glass inside the microwave because so many people are using it for drugs, they asked me how many girls I am bringing ???? Very strange, I Came to spend the night just to visit my youngest son down in the cape and I would have rather slept in a tent.

You get what you pay for

There was a bed that didn't look like 8 million people have slept in it. There was a fridge and a microwave. The door to my room is a couple steps away from where you park.

Bathroom door couldn't close all the way. No air filter in there to clear out the steam. If you didn't leave the ac unit on when you left for the day, then you'd come back and have to sit in a hotbox until it cooled up again, which would take a couple hrs. Hope you like taking drives or long walks cause you don't want to be in there waiting for it to cool.

The mattress was comfortable. Plus, check in was ok. Check out was lacking though, if you leave early you put your key in a mailbox.

There was only a sheet/blanket on the bed. Bathroom did not have enough towels/toiletries. Decor/wall colors/etc.., did not match. Needed updates or paint/color/accessories that flowed together for decor.

The Motel needs a new paint job and brighter curtains in the room the brown curtains just very depre

The area outside for people to smoke accessible with Chair instead of The Lunchbench. . the Rocks around the perimeter needed painting The Rocks around the doors needed painting it needed to look better to bring up the spirit of the place. Room 25 when entering in the door it's loose need new screws

Far better places around the same area.

Nothing, really.

The place is in bad need of updating. The cable didn't work at first and the first night, even though the thermostat was set at 72, the heat never came on. The front desk set to turn it up to 85 and it would eventually come on. When I arrived back that evening. the room was sweltering so I was hot the next night. I never got hot water. There was no coffeemaker.
