A suitable room for short or long term stays.

Room was clean and orderly. The kitchenette is a welcome addition for longer term stays. Bed was comfortable, blinds were effective, and AC was functional.

Room could use better sound deadening. You can hear a lot of what happens outside your room, from doors slamming to angry patrons shouting into the void.

The outside look!

The room was not clean under the bed I saw dust and dog hair I choose for non smoking room for my surprise the room smells smoke!

The room was not bad. They also have free parking with a lot of slots.

Hotel employees didn't know how booking works. I was paid using booking but they wasted my time and tried to make me pay again. Additionally there was no breakfast! It's wrong information! I'll add a photo of their "breakfast". There was a terrible smell on the floor. There was an empty kitchen in the room and you should ask for everything.

Waste of hard earned money 😞💰

The manager was very friendly and approachable and courteous

As stated above only bright spot was mr.charles manager . everything else bad weed smells in room broken dressers to broken sink to toilet not working properly to stains on couch no dishes in room very unaccommodating to getting bit me and fiancee on our body's

Terrible and will never recommend or return,

The location was good

Fire alarm was covered with plastic wrap, reported to desk clerk and he was not sure what to do. Offered another room but we already unpacked and had no energy to move. Went to use the hair dryer and it made sparking sounds very unsafe. The hallway was dark and smelled like smoke especially by the side entrance door.

it was not a place we would stay again.

the bed was comfortable and clean

they assigned us to a room that someone was already in. never received an apology even though the person whose room we tried to enter at 11:30pm was very upset with us.

loved the location and the customer service of the front desk!

we had an issue with our toilet being clogged. maintenance did come fix it but didn’t clean the toilet after they fixed it.

based on service available the cost of stay should be $80. Too short staffed. must have at least 2

the room overall met needs internet

no housekeeping night staff always in back room/ laundry room so not available for guest needs Challenges with paying online versus on-site - not taking cash night staff couldnt provide what was needed- towels toilet paper, plates, silverware esp guy with dreads. difficulty even getting a broom night staff mentioned that from 3-5 he is not available meaning no hotel staff available during that time which is unacceptable Trying to control cost so much only have 1-2 people on. duty this can’t meet needs of customer.

It advertises that breakfast is available for guests. The breakfast consisted of coffee and nothing else. So their website is a big lie and customers should be aware that a regular breakfast is unavailable.

Good value for $. Strong smoke odor though.

Location was easy to find - right off the main thoroughfare.

The hotel proudly proclaimed to be a smoke free hotel with a fine of $250 for smoking in room. The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. My room wasn't so bad except there was an underlying smoke smell covered up with an incense smelling cleaner. It wasn't terrible once I opened the window and turned the fan on. If you are someone with headaches triggered by strong odors, I would skip this place.

Johny was very nice and very pleasant to converse with.

We got back late from a concert and my family pulled out the sofa bed and there was no sheets, etc in the room for the bed. Had to call down for them and I don't think they were pleased. It was fine otherwise.

Very positive experience overall - great place to stay for the few days we were in town.

It was nice to have coffee and a snack from the lobby on the days we were in a rush. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and our dog was comfortable in the room, it was very quiet and private. There is a nice walking path near the property to take walks.

The location was a little further out than we were trying to stay, but we chose it because it was the best value we could find at the time we were booking. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the main bathrooms were out of service.
