Honestly, I'm surprised at how this place is open. Yes, place, because it's NOT a hotel. If you watched the movie "Florida Project," this is EXACTLY what this is. It is CLEARLY a Drug depot. Shady characters parked and strolling around; they have residents, not hotel guests, walking in PJs, half-dressed at times. People are yelling around, and a multitude of interesting characters... The "reception" is only open a few hours a day. If you need something when they're not there, you are 100% out of luck! Do not lose your key! The housekeeper was so high one day she was talking to herself! Then another day, she brought her DOG into the room, the dog started to go over the things in the apartment! I couldn't make this up if I wanted to!

Absolutely nothing. This property is cheap for a reason!!! The walls were absolutely disgusting, the toilet was brown, there was food in the fridge still, hair under the bathroom door it was so hard to shut! We were suppose to get a refund because we did not end up staying there, but the staff lied, and has not refunded us. They are very sketchy here, stay clear. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. It is gross, and unsanitary. It smells like cigarettes in their lobby. It’s in a bad spot.

They refused to check us in. Said they didn't have rooms and they would call when they did. The never called so I called them and they said they had 2 available. Went to check in and the office was closed and locked 45 minutes before their alleged closing time.

I paid for my room through booking and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that there were no rooms available. also the receptionist in a heavy manner told me that they couldn't do anything to return my money and that it was none of their business.

I liked the location.

I didn't like the condition of the room or the fact that it was dirty. There was hair from previous guests in the bathtub and on the sink counter. There was food in the kitchen sink. There were spices on the stove from meal prep. There was no trash can. The bed covers were old and stained. The curtains had many large holes in them. Walls were dirty. Floors were unswept and dirty. The woodwork in the kitchen and the bathroom were in serious disrepair. There was mold along the walls of the shower. I did not shower or remove my shoes until I went to bed.

only 15 minutes to Usana.

our room didn't have air conditioning so we had to move in the middle of the night. when we first got there no one was in the office. we had to wander around to find someone. So much garbage piled up in the corridors. Pillow were so old and had no structure to them. No even a cup in the bathroom to take pills or rinse out your mouth. Dingy. Stayed one night because it was cheaper than others. But even at $85 I expect more.
