Nice courtyard

Great front desk staff and the courtyard with patio doors was fantastic.

Do not eat at the pub or restaurant. Food not good and staff was very unfriendly. We waited 1.5 hours for a salad and the waitress was incredibly rude.

Great staff and breakfast! Noisy though. Bed was a little too firm.

Misty and Michael at the front desk were great! Daisy our server was awesome!

Our room was near the door to the hotel. It was very loud! Ice machine was out of order on our floor

all and all this would be a great hotel if a little upkeep or renovation was done

like that it has a restaurant and bar. like the way the rooms are around the courtyard

little ran down. keys have a hard time working on both inside and outside doors. air didn’t work too good.

not worth the money

location, right in the middle of town

place seemed a little outdated. needs some TLC. breakfast was expensive. there was a dinner plate with food on it just sitting out in the hallway all night and morning. an hour before I had to checkout I had housekeeping knocking on my door asking if I was still here. a bit annoying.

there was no stay. they could not provide a room.

I tried to check in at 4 pm. they had no power and could not check me in and said they had no idea she. they would have power -7 pm at the earliest. I said therefore I would have to find somewhere else to say and wanted my money refunded as they were unable to provide the service contracted. Coukd you please ensure that I do not have to pay this bill. thank you.

Our stay was great, the room was clean, staff was friendly and location was perfect

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location right in town and a great view of the hot air balloon’s.
