Great Stay

check in had a bit of a hiccup but all worked out. LaTaylor was amazzing taking care of breakfast And managed checking out guests in a timely and friendly manner!! Great Staff! Clean and Comfortable rooms!!

Good not Great

Almost everything the staff the rooms were clean.

The doors slam in the mornings alot of oil field workers stay here and the doors start slamming or closing at 430am. The bed was a little hard.

Heerlijk hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven en van daaruit uitstapjes te maken.

Zeer ruime kamer en ondanks locatie niet ver van doorgaande wegen toch erg rustig.

Très bon wifi. Grand parking. Restaurants autour. Bon débit d’eau et chaude Boisson de bienvenue.

Schoon en prettig verblijf vlakbij Tabasco firm.

Nette en schone kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Sfeervol en mooie ontvangst.

Vuilnis stond in de gang en ontbijt op plastic borden en bestek. Ontbijt alleen ongezond geen fruit of suikervrije producten.

Overall the family had a great time.

The property was newly renovated and clean. Great location to the Wat Lao event. The bed was very comfortable.

WiFi Internet was going in and out. Ice machine didn’t work while we were there.

They cancel the room without notice. No call or anything. We traveling in for a wedding and when we arrive we told that the manager cancel our room earlier that. I’m glad we found an alternative to this. I will never book a room here.

Will be nice when remodel is complete

Location proximity to where we needed to be.

The property was being remodeled but that wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. There was no breakfast and the dining area was full of supplies for the remodel. Ice machines were not plugged in, so no ice. Vending machine worked but the drinks were hot. There was a small coffee pot in the room but no coffee and only one plastic cup. The floor we stayed on was the only floor that had been remodeled which means the only floor with guests. I wish we would have been given notice about the construction.

We stayed in room for about 5 minutes and went to another hotel for the night.

Nothing, paid and stayed elsewhere

Place was horrible. Both bed lamps didn’t work. Rugs were totally worn. I could tell at some point door had been kicked in.

I enjoyed my stay, ALL the employees were helpful and friendly!

I expected eggs or pancakes but the blueberry muffins were great! We had them and coffee both mornings!

Horrible! Didn’t stay there!!!

Absolutely nothing! It was so bad, I couldn’t even stay there! Didn’t even have a working TV.

Pretty much everything. Not only did I not get a room, after seeing the location, I’m glad I didn’t stay there.

I will be returning.

The young man that checked me in the night I arrived was very pleasant and friendly. The lady that checked me out in the morning was also very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing

Reasonably priced. Bed extremely comfortable. Good coffee in lobby. Grateful we had a warm place to sleep and bathe. I'm not one to complain as I know there are so many with no warm beds or running water or heat...

TV did not work. No hot water for the shower (just a trickle). No instructions to operate wall thermostat (doesn't work on auto setting/have to move fan to ON setting). Holes in walls. No longer serving breakfast (thanks to Covid) but supposed to have pastries. No pastries. Only thing available was coffee. LaQuinta used to be one of the best motels in New Iberia. But it really needs an update/upgrade!

I won’t be back very much unsatisfied

I booked n stayed a night using my chime credit card from Sunday/Monday it was awesome

I booked with you guys again today got to the location n wow all of a sudden the front desk refused to take the same card I used the night before
