would've loved to chat more with owners
loved the custom organic breakfast and love that went into it. rustic feel and owners are wonderful
with colder weather and electrical set up for heat/hot water it could be a challenge.

It was adequate.
Host is very friendly. Breakfast was a waffle with some fruit on top; enough for us, but might not be filling for some people.
Kind of hard to find; entrance road is not paved. Spiders in sink and shower.

If you are planning on staying in Farmington, NM go elsewhere!! Anywhere but the Silver Adobe.
The location was fairly good, though hard to find. The property boasts of views of the river but they don't bother to tell you that you can view it if it weren't for all the brush hiding the view. The room was larger than expected.
If you come here looking for a breakfast, you've come to the wrong place. We expected a Bed and Breakfast to provide breakfast. Ha! The first morning we received a plate with a waffle from a box with peach compote smothering it. That's it. Nothing else. No protein (sausage, ham, bacon). No eggs. No fresh fruit. One lousy, bland tasting waffle. No apologies. The second morning, our host "forgot" to make breakfast. Seriously! While the room was large, there is no heat. The host set up a few space heaters that provided little to no heat. The host, David, can talk your ear off about nothing. His need to talk was overwhelming and an assault on our senses so early in the morning while trying to swallow the bland waffle and had to get a real breakfast elsewhere.
