location was off interstate
the room I stayed in should have been out of order. the lamps and wires were falling out of the wall, bathroom had a hole, blankets were dirty, toothpaste on the wall, light switch had brown stuff on it, door lock was broken…. the staff moved us to another room which was better but smelt like smoke covered up by air freshener or something.

We all know the problem. When I’m outside and see random homeless people appearing from the back of construction trailers, and then taking things from the back of a truck so nonchalantly, I start to worry about the well-being of my property and especially my family.

Breakfast weak. Good value but area around motel is a disaster. Room was clean. Good Siri and tv last minute choice and we got what we payed for.
Dog walking area. Area around motel was a disaster. Bed was very hard and could even feel springs.

Nothing.
We arrived at the hotel and was informed by the desk clerk that we had no reservation. They had no suitable rooms left for us so we left and went to another hotel.

Not much!
Very dirty behind the curtain held down by a wooden board!

The room is very dirty and the toilet did not work

Not much to like about this place.
The rooms do not have safes in them anymore. My room wasn't ready when I showed up, had to wait an extra 45 minutes after driving up from Arizona to get in my room and clean up.
Had to request new pillow cases cause they were dirty or severely stained. All around rough shape

Room was roomy, clean, the location. Was great, had enough towels!!!
Shower, water took too long to heat up, not much pressure to it either

It was clean and quiet. Sadly the pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance so hopefully next time we'll get to enjoy it. Great location. I can't remember the ladies name that helped us out but she was so nice and sweet. (Awesome red hair)
The only thing i would say was the check in time at 3pm but I'm sure it's standard.

There was no hot water to shower with even early in the morning. Staff was cleaning with such strong chemicals that our entire family for headaches and had to leave. People drinking and hanging out in the hallway.

It was convenient to every thing
Bed softer, nicer staff, not so rude, listen better when checking in! Got locked out of our rooms! Front desk/manager was very rude! We was one our Honeymoon. Pool/hot tubs not working. Coffee was horrible!

Place to sleep. room was clean .
The lobby has all the charm of a place you'd bring an escort under a fake name, or that they gets robbed often, very unwelcoming with all the plexi glass and lamenated rules. Host took a half hour to come to desk after several attempts from phone that just rang in empty office. My teenage daughter wanted a waffle before her volleyball tourn. and someone had burned waffle onto waffle maker, again there was no help there, so we went to get breakfast some where else. I would pay the extra $10 or $15 and stay somewhere else.
