Room and bed
Lobby and hall way and my room smelled of marijuana which gives me a bad headache. Bottom of shower curtain was filthy . Hard wood floors

The door to our room would not latch or lock. Tub faucet could not be turned completely off. Heater for the room would not stay on.

Location good
Very noisy with common hallway you could hear every door open and close all night long

Availability at a last minute crisis time - accident with a deer that left me a bit stranded. Comfortable bed and cleanliness.
Can’t think of anything I don’t like - it is a port in a storm because of the accident and damage to my vehicle.

Location
Door had been kicked in and was poorly replaced. You can see light coming around the latch side. Flys in room. Floor was coming up near door.

When we arrived and went to our room we immediately noticed that the door had issues as the door seal was broken and hanging off, we went inside and the room was clean but extremely run down. Where there had previously been art on the wall there were just large holes, there were stains on some of the walls and the light above the sink didn’t work. The main thing though was the broken door seal caused the door to be extremely difficult to close and you could see through a gap to the outside.
I just feel like it was t representative of whet the online pics showed and the cost for the condition was not worth it.

I choose it as it is a Wyndham Hotel but the quality does not meet my expectations of a Wyndham hotel.
Bed frames with a metal piece sticking out and hotel employee telling that it cannot be fix.
I had to keep an eye for it ,my wife and kid.
For the charge I paid this hotel is a dumb and certainly does not deserve the Wyndham name attached to it.

Close to multiple stores and restaurants.
The room was so dirty and dusty. One of the beds was shaking every time I turned in my sleep! Thankfully, I stayed only for one night.
Pick another hotel to stay at

Location, size.
Swimming pool closed without reason. I booked expecting a swim. A 3rd world shower with changing temperatures.

The beds had metal sticking out past the sides of the mattress. We had to be very careful to not catch our legs on them. One bed rocked back and forth, which made it feel like it was tipping over.
The tub and shower had not been cleaned.
There was no breakfast.

The reservation worked.
There was no parking near our room. We had to unload and move the car. The room looked like there were 2 beds at 1 point and they just pulled one out.. there was one rolling chair at the desk. No other chairs! A very negative point for us!! The furnishings were old . For the price I was expecting a lot more! There wasn't even tea to drink! We had to go to the office to get a bag of tea! For 200+a night I expected much better accomodations!

The bed was comfortable.
The fridge was not plugged in, so had to pull it out to find the cord and plug it in. The floor was filthy. The iron did not work. The faucet controls it the tub shot out water and barely worked. Someone was using a machine in the room next to me between 9-10 at night - sounded like a vacuum. One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in,

The staff was friendly, professional and readily available.
The price was very reasonable.
I liked the ground floor and ease of access to my room.
The noise from the hall and other rooms was excessive and bothersome (poor noise mitigation or insulation).

The lady who checked us was very nice and the beds were comfortable. It was a good value.
The office was a mess and the floors in our room were very dirty. The parking lot had not been plowed and there was dog poop on the sidewalk.

I had a bag of meds and a pair set of dentures that I know were left in the room because they are no where else and when I called they claimed. Nothing was found but I don't believe it
I want my meds and dentures back cuz I can't afford 4 thousand dollars to replace them

The mountains
they go through your property when you leave your room unsafe. Some of the rooms are selling drugs out of. It’s a crooked establishment.

Excellent price and exceptional management. Kari was awesome to work with. She really went above and beyond in spite of being short staffed.
