House keepers are intrusive and should not be entering your room prior to check out.

Good hotel breakfast and coffee was good house keeping seems rushed and extremely intrusive.

Location was good

Room service entered my room on both stay even with my do not disturb sign on the door around 9 am. I was not pleased with that at all.

Right off the interstate and walking distance to restaurants.

compatible to holiday express, will look into using more since we go this way to SD. Do you have anymore locations?

I am used to holiday express, but we are trying something new here though.. Since holiday is raising prices too high... this could fit the bill and pocket book.

The years of wear and tear have shown results in the condition of the building

The door to the room was faulty and would not close to lock. The door to the shower was also faulty. Kudos to the staff member who was quick to respond and show us how to make it work.

overall, the state was good

The location was great The room was great. Breakfast was good

the carpet in the lobby and the stairs, and the hallways leading to the room need to be cleaned more frequently. The pool didn’t have towels so I had to use my room towel..

Superb

The front desk manager Tim Erion was the best when I checked in it showed me as cancelled reservation which I didn't I cancelled the extra bed he was very friendly and patient and uncanceled my room I really appreciated him taking care of us and getting my room back. I made sure to get his card so I can reserve directly next visit. He is an excellent employee.

That the online booking was so confusing when canceling the Xtra bed and it cancelled my whole reservation. We drove for six hours and almost didn't have a room.

Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and the desk was a nice setup.

The heater was a little loud and did not make steady noise. It also didn't have a wall mounted temperature control. Did not have a built-in closet, having the dresser made the angle for using hangers awkward.

Hot tub was broke pool was cold got charged 200 for having an old address on my ID asked for nobody too go into my room but they did just very disappointing

Besides that night staff attendant ruining our stay, it would have been great.

Did not have any of the breakfast. The room was great the morning staff were helpful. Pool was great area was almost perfect.

The night staff was rude. Disrespectful, and felt discriminated by him. Threatened to remove my fiance from the premises. After he made my child cry. Was not helpful at all.

The room was disgusting. There was dried milk by the fridge. Food wrappers behind bed soap scum in shower nasty

Good

The location was perfect. Close to the freeway, but we couldn't hear the freeway traffic. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room wasn't the cleanest. The halls smelled like pot. The rooms are very soundproof to hallway traffic. The outdoor pet area really needed to be cleaned up. I couldn't even walk my dog there. The bathroom was very small and smelled terribly.

Even though the hot tub was closed, the front desk guy upgraded our room to one with a hot tub in it. I loved that

Our room smelled like marijuana and it was really strong.

excellent value, good breakfast,quiet even though very close to interstate

front desk was not well attended had to always ring bell to get someone’s attention
