Do not recommend

The restaurant was nice. Front desk staff were nice.

No hot water, no towels, pool was out of order, rooms need to be remodeled and updated, cleaning and breakfast staff were rude and not friendly, rooms smelled like mildew, location was not great.

The location is a bit away from the highway. Facilities look a bit outdated but everything is very clean.

We stay at this place multiple times a year around 10-15 times a year and have always enjoyed it.

Staff was extremely rude and disorganized.breakfast was suppose to be 6am-9am great cause we had somewhere to be at 745! No there was no breakfast until after we had to leave at 745 but when asked about the mishap it was like a tornado and no one understood anything the guy working front desk could not communicate with breakfast attendant due to language barrier she only spoke Spanish so therefore everyone just had to get to there day and get going.i told front desk how frustrated I along with all the others were and would like to speak to a manager was told he was leaving note for her to contact me when she came in at 10am!! Never got a call we got back really late Saturday night so Sunday I went back to front desk and asked again for a manager to discuss issue was told she would be in at 10am again this morning and she would be calling me NEVER HAPPENED! needless to say I'm home now and Wyndham has never contacted us about the issue,so at this point. I will never book at this Hotel again!a dedicated customer lost for good when one simple kind gesture or contact could have been made! BAD WAY TO HAMDLE BUSINESS!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location was close to where we where gonna be at.

First off when we arrived the room was just to small and it was a double, the restroom was way to small also taking a shower it didn't have any pressure. Breakfast was horrible, first morning it didn't get put out til about 730, no syrup, no cereal nothing. This morning for breakfast they served raw bacon (RAW) ON TOP OF SAUSAGE. NASTY eggs was disgusting very watery. Never staying here again.

Never was happier to check out of hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a poor to bad hotel experience.

I was there for 12 nights and only received towel service for 10 of the 12 days. Even after I complained and was told I would get full room service, I did not. None of the housekeeping staff spoke English, so it was impossible to communicate with them.

Very good

The room was clean. When we needed maintenance for a malfunctioning door handle he was right on it. The young man at breakfast was very helpful.

The 'hot tub' was cooler than the pool. The hot breakfast was cold. The food heater didnt seem to be working. The front desk clerks were too busy sitting and talking on phone to take care of customers right in front of them. Our door keys kept not working. I've stayed in many hotels and know how to stow it. VERY irritating. There is no light over the desk.

Very poor

The beds were not too bad and the pool was nice.

The bathroom door inside the room got stuck multiple times. The last time our 4 year old daughter got locked inside. After many many attempts to unlock it maintenance and management came down. They didn’t seem to share the same concerns as we had. After over 20 minutes of failed attempts we called 911, management didn’t seem to like that idea.

The room was comfortable and price was exceptionally pleasant surprise. Overall good experience.

We missed most of breakfast but the coffee was good.

The staff were pleasant. Quiet. The TV worked nicely. Appreciated the microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge.

The indoor pool and hot tub were cold! Really disappointing. The room was clean, but dusty.

Never Again at this property

Bed was comfy and room was clean. Old property needs updating

NO HOT WATER. I wound up taking a cold shower. when I checked out I complained about the cold shower aND THE ATTENDANT UP FRONT LAUGHED AT ME. I will never stay there again. The restaurant and bar was for hispanics only. Staff spoke little English and the prices were very HIGH

my boyfriend and I loved the beds they were so comfortable. We also loved the breakfast.

The restroom wasn’t the cleanest and the room wouldn’t stay cold.
