Comfortable but not well kept

The grill outside and spacious rooms and the shower was the best.

The lobby was very dirty the floors was the worst. The breakfast as filled with expired food and the milk and juice was expired. The milk made my son get sick.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, room was comfortable and hotel was quiet which was very nice for a relaxing stay.

Curtains had food on them, carpet stained, and flies in the room.

Highly Recommend This Place If You Like A Large Room For a Good Rate!

We took our time going down highway 2 from Montana back to Michigan from a month long vacation out west. It took us five days to get back home. We stopped each night in a different state. This place was our second night's stop back home and our most favorite of all five places we stayed. The room was HUGE! With a kitchen and place to eat. It had a good breakfast in the morning and the price was the least expensive for what you got in space and interior options of any hotel I've stayed at while traveling. I will now seek out other Hawthorne Suites when traveling just for the spaciousness and reasonable prices. A great place to stay! Five stars!

Comfy place to stay

A great to have a fully functional kitchen annex in your room. Room was clean, with comfy furniture and bathroom with everything you would expect. Size of the room was also very good. If I knew of it's existence before my one night stay, I would certainly book it for longer.

It's kind of on the back of business estate (there is Walmart on the other side and roads are not great around but in all honesty, it did not bother me much. Hotel itself has fully met my expectations.

I only booked this room because it was listed as twice the size as rooms in similar hotels at similar price points. that was not accurate. The listing was wrong, it is very misleading and they need to correct it.

The lady who checked me in (long black hair, pierced nose) was extremely rude. if it wasn’t late and we weren’t tired I would have requested a refund and went elsewhere. it’s a basic room you could get in any similar hotel at the same price point so not worth being treated so poorly.

Serenity at the front desk made sure that we were checked in, in a hurry but without being rushed. pleasant rooms, bed is super comfy.

only problem was that the spa was closed.

A fine place to stay in this oil town. Easy to have your own meal in the full kitchen.

Large, comfortable suite with full kitchen and separate bedroom. We appreciated the large table and work desk.

Breakfast is in a neighboring restaurant, you had better get there on time.

I left a book in my room and when I called the front desk person had the book and agreed to send it to me if I provided the shipping label. I emailed the label about a week agho and no book yet. So we will see - if I gewt my book back that will be excellent service!
