Es un lugar precioso. El hotel es muy bonito y decorado con gusto. Los dueños muy amables. Volveremos
Personalmente encontré el colchón demasiado blando.

This was by far the best accommodation of our trip... and also best stay anywhere for a very long time!
Every one of the staff at Snowvillage are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like a special guest -even when they were all rushed off their feet on a Saturday night! They made the time to come talk to us as I'd mentioned it was a special trip to celebrate my Mum's retirement.
The location is stunning (even with a steep drive up the hill! It's worth it for what's at the top) The view of Mt Washington straight infront of you and the sunsets -wow!
We were in the ski chalet style building just outside the main inn, absolutely gorgeous.
There has been every detail thought about, books, games, refreshments in each building that you're in.
The rooms are beautifully decorated. have every amenity and beds are super comfy.
The main inn has a very welcoming area with comfy sofas, a fire, games, books and you're encouraged to relax there.
(Though if you can't live without internet, wifi is still excellent!)
Breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is too..I'd definitely recommend booking as it's a popular place for those not staying there.
We can't thank the staff enough, you all do such a great job to ensure exceptional service from start to finish!
I wouldn't be able to make a single negative comment about any part of our stay!

excellent
We put the card for maid service on the outside of our door at 7:30AM Saturday morning. It never occurred. I am sure this was an oversight and not the norm

The location was spectacularly beautiful and the inn and outbuildings had a cool design, were clean, nicely decorated and all around had a 'cool' vibe. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The building we were in was a converted barn with a very interesting layout and unique Alpen-like stenciling. We were stuck in traffic and were 15 minutes late for our 5PM dinner reservation, but the hotel was very flexible with this.
The hotel price was VERY reasonable for the value.
We had a party of 13 for dinner, including 5 kids. The reservation was made in advance. We were put in the main dining room, with a gorgeous view. The kids were scolded by the hotel owner for being loud, which was a bummer for the kids. My nephew commented, "Remember when we thought she (the hotel owner) was nice?" We all found his comment hysterical. I get that kids are noisy, but the scolding incident put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful meal. Net-net: The moment left us all feeing a little unwelcome. My suggestion: seat larger parties with children on the screened porch to limit noise to other guests.
We had a party of four in one room, but were given only two cookies and two bath towels. Not a huge deal, but a bummer to discover at 8:30 at night, returning after a long day out and about in the mountains.

Wonderful inn in a quiet, beautiful, rural setting with views of the Presidential Range. Just rustic enough. Hearty breakfasts. Max's exceeded expections and must be one of the best restaurants in the region.
Internet service in the Carriage House was sometimes slow. Better in the main lodge.
