The pool was great for the kids
The sink was broke, the sheets were not changed and were dirty and hairy. The microwave did not work, the shower curtain was broken, the security lock on the door was broke. The place was dirty and in disrepair.

I liked the location and the price
That we didn't make our reservations earlier to stay longer.

Very clean rooms, adequate breakfast (continental), good fruit, literally at the gondolas and close to iron mountain hot springs.

Pool was fabulous with the water slide for my kids.
TV didn't work the first night I stayed there. They were not willing to give me a discounted rate. Breakfast is just cold cereal---could you maybe get a waffle maker???

Easy to get to anything you want to do. The indoor water area was great!
For the price some things in our room were not working ..lights and shower curtain..

its appears to be a bit dated and the breakfast was not that great

location was great.
it was a very old hotel, and our bed had remnants of someone else’s hair.

Location is good next to gondola and iron mountain. Breakfast area clean and well stocked. Pool was great for kids. Staff was great,, very friendly and helpful. Parking was available. Good coffee maker in room.
Mold growing on the grout in the bathroom.not the fault of the cleaner, it's just old and needs replacement. Bathroom door was beat up. Curtain for shower was ragged and torn where the hooks hang on the rod. Drawers in room were not smooth, stains on box spring cover. For the price the rooms need updating. Pool area could use a clock on the wall, water was pretty cloudy, probably needs more regular cleaning as it gets a lot of use.

not much for breakfast options.

The pool and hot tub area is really fun.
The hotel rooms are pretty basic, and the breakfast is limited (how hard is it to offer bananas or non-sugar cereal?)

Our stay at the hotel met our expectations with the accommodations your staff provided. Along with their friendly attitude. Our only other concern was that a gondola lift would fall while passing underneath.
In our room there was one chair. The continental breakfast served during our stay more then met our expectations providing us with a convenient area to congregate and dine. However, it was lacking a variety of hot food items that common hotel patrons have come to expect in light of rising rates in travel and recreation.

Breakfast could use better options. Hot options would be great. Lion slide needed to be cleaned (slimy).

Rooms were quiet even though it's a very family-friendly destination and hotel. Many young children, but in your room you wouldn't know that. Friendly staff. My grandson LOVED the indoor pool. Coffee was pretty good! Refrigerator in the room was nice. While not in downtown area, it's an easy walk over there and over the pedestrian bridge. Sidewalks and cross walks the whole way.
I believe on the booking. com site, it says due to Covid, breakfast is limited. This would actually make sense if there were covid restrictions. Thankfully, most people are over the masks/social distancing so not having a decent breakfast makes it more like they just don't want to pay for the food since it's complimentary. Not ONE thing with protein. Just pre-packaged pastries and some cereal, milk, juice, coffee. The breakfast part (especially saying it's covid) is pretty lame.

We paid to stay an extra day to take the kids swimming but their pool was closed for the whole day.
Our room wasn’t kept very nice, our locks and lights were falling off

location
staff wasn’t very attentive. hotel is old and in need of upgrades. they also said Continental breakfast, it was store bought pre wrapped muffins.

The location to the adventure park was great and having a fun indoor pool to use when the weather was not nice was perfect for our kids.
The hotel itself needs an update. The beds are old and lumpy. The pillows are cheap (think basic pillows from Walmart) and they need to put more pillows on the bed. The breakfast could use an update too.
