Dirty hotel!

The staff were nice though.

The hotel was dirty all around and smelled like a chimney. Even after I switched my room. There were smoke buds all outside of the rooms!

Stay would have been wonderful if roaches weren’t everywhere.

Location and it’s a quiet area.

Lots of roaches & hot water worked when it wanted to. Also, they chose to redo the entire parking lot at one time. Getting in and out was horrible and a safety hazard.

To Sum it up it was Close to a Wal Mart and places to eat, But I would not Recommend Staying There

The Bed was o k , But the carpet was very dirty, The person at the front desk seemed to be helpful

There was an Incident between people staying there, It got very loud and also It seemed this was not the first time Also One part of the Hotel faces the interstate and it was loud at times. Also there seemed to be a bad element of some People staying there, Thankfully I told them to put me on the third Floor. The elevator was also very Slow

Cigarette Smelling room

The clerks were courteous.

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Also left a computer tablet and note pad. Was not contacted that it was left in the room. They have all my information. I am still waiting for the cleaning staff primary to determine if it was turned in. I would be willing to change my review.

Dirty, awful, dilapidated

it was right by a walmart and down the street from Fort jackson

while it was right by a walmart and sams club, it took winding right through the parking lot or going behind the sams club and walmart to get to it. The room smelled of cigarettes, the elevator barely worked and i had to call almost every day i was there for the hotel to reset it. It was extremely dirty when i arrived, i found an old wash cloth on the shower rod and someone’s dirty sock under the air conditioner. Not to mention that there were food crumbs on the floor in all kinds of random locations. the sink was bubbling like someone had painted it with latex paint and it started peeling. The stairs at one side of the hall even had a piece of plywood propped up against it (that fell down a few times in my 4 night stay) at the top and the other had a 5 gallon bucket of paint at the bottom. Hotel cleaning STAFF were even throwing laundry from the upper floors down to the first floor right by the main walkway. Finally, i spent 30 minutes trying to check out using the after hours phone but nobody picked up despite me being able to hear the ringing from outside. I didn’t even get to check out officially or i would be late for my flight. Staying here makes me question if i should ever even stay at another Extended Stay branch again.

The room and property were both very dirty. we noticed 2 roaches in our room and the floor was disgusting.

we stayed there because it was close to the military base where my little brother was graduating from basic training

The property was in a good location very close to food and shopping. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

we got 2 rooms. in one the water did not get hot only lukewarm and in the other it was scolding hot.

here is many people smoke weed and cigarettes on the bldg and is signs around the bldg indicate that can’t smoke inside 100ft of the bldg but the people don’t respect that also is too noisy need better seal on the front door and the air duct on the bathroom all the weed and cigarette smoke going thru there we have to put some tape to seal it on our stay

Avoid if you think the kitchen is functional....it is completely empty. They provide some BASIC kitchenware only if you ask....also no airdryers available so I had to wait my hair to dry by themselves after shower Finally the breakfast is just coffe and bars in the lobby

Not what I expected, 3 flr stairs being repaired had to walk another distance,elevator not wrkn and with a bad knee surgery,,,, also the false advertising of Brkfast was I so blown away.. what was even so worse was the roaches that came across the little kitchen container I could’ve done without all that… carpet was filthy jus maybe the place needs an up grade..Your management can be a bit rude as well… Property looked very unsafe as if ppl was living out of the place was scary… But made it thru my days of stay and headed back home… Thnk u

Room not ready when arrived at 630 pm waited 30 min. Outside parking lot loud all night people coming in and out. killed two German cockroaches in bathroom. Googled and found price as $99. Very disappointed with price paid of $140. Booking.com you way overcharge me......

That we had a lot of shopping center and restaurants around us

when we first checked in we walked in to a dirty room then got moved to a different one and then only to get moved to another cause that had roaches in it
