Had a little bit of something throughout the building.
Soooo many dead bugs in the water park. Large crickets and grasshoppers. Upset about how the go carting didn’t open until 4 or 5pm.

Under remodeling, stayed in the nicer rooms
A little confusing to get there

The arcade was fun. The food was good.
There wasn’t any breakfast at the hotel. Very disappointed with the water park. We took our grandkids who are 4 and 11. The pool was too deep for both of them. The 4 year old wasn’t tall enough for the slides, so there really wasn’t much for her to do. There wasn’t anything for us to do the next morning.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very comfy and clean! Most of the staff were very friendly!!
The only trash cans were in the bathroom. The bathroom doors were sliding doors, with a gap in between so you could still see out and weren't very private.

The food was great, and the arcade had a lot of options.
I brought my son there to have a fun getaway to a waterpark the weekend before school started, we get there and they didn’t have any lifeguard so the waterpark wasn’t open, the next day we got in and it started raining immediately and we couldn’t get our money back. Along with the inside waterpark not being open either. The couple times we went to do go carts there was no staff. I totally understand everyone is short staffed right now but I feel like I wasted a lot of money on a Place we could only do a quarter of the activities.

The hotel desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They made the difference in our experience. Our room was clean and comfortable.
The two servers we had at the sports bar were great. Efficient and friendly.
The website makes It seem like it is for families with children but almost all the activities were geared toward teens and adults. The activities for younger visitors were limited or unavailable but we were only notified after we booked a non refundable stay. The website did not disclose this. If it did it was not easily decernable. There was no advantage to staying when all the activities required additional fees with no difference in cost for guests vs day trippers. Basically just a hotel near a water park and a bar. The staff at the arcade service desk were not friendly. One was very rude and snapped at me for not standing in the right place at the counter when requesting to put money on an arcade card. No other customers were present and at a circular desk one would assume you would approach where the worker was present not the other side of the desk.
The breakfast options were very limited and not very good. Only one real option for younger visitors. We had fun but it did not live up to the advertisements or expectations.
