Nothing. Fraudulent and a horrible overall experience

when I booked on booking.com I received a confirmation email from the property. We were going to be arriving late so I called to make sure the lobby would be open. They said they didn’t have any reservations matching mine. I forwarded them the confirmation email and they requested that I cancel through booking.com and rebook upon arrival. I argued this as it clearly stated in my confirmation email that they did not do refunds under 24 hrs notice. They insisted it would still be refunded and this was the only way to stay with them. I requested a cancellation and refund and have still not received the money back. Everything else about the visit was also sub par and unprofessional. Stay elsewhere!

The location. I could bring my animal with me.

The loud people in and out all hours running around yelling and more.

The property is located in a great area. It’s close to everything. The staff were awesome and checking in and out was easy as well. I also loved the price I paid for the room.

The room could’ve been cleaner but we didn’t chose this hotel because it’s 5 stars. I picked this location because the price was perfect for a one night stay. The building seems to be older and that’s ok.

What I didn't like is they had a lot of people in and out of that hotel for I don't know maybe different reasons

Fruit lies everywhere. You look at the wall and it looked like it has bug guts or smear of something on wall. Was Cat food or something when I moved the ottoman

sink was not clean. very thick gunk at the edge of the sink

The staff is nice.

The rooms are very dirty please keep the rooms clean and specially the floors.

I did not like and will never stay there or recommend

It was a great location, front desk attendant was friendly and check in went smooth

The manager at front desk was very helpful.

We pd 2 times for 1 night and can't get our money back. It's been 11 days, and im tired of hasseling oyo for their mistake. Give me my money back, please!

I checked in at 4 pm and got the keys to are room and when I opened the door the room was still dirty they didn't clean it.

We have the worst experience. We got to the hotel and the clerk saying that Booking have trouble sending the reservation confirmation so we have to rebooked and paid for a new reservation $55.50 (queen size bed instead) and no shower curtain. Please refund me back or I will have to dispute as service not rendered. I have a confirmation authorized from the hotel for Booking for a refund.

Location

The staff was nice.

The light was out in our room, there was no safety lock on the door (it had been ripped off), people yelling in the hallways, smelled of mildew and cigarettes, vending machine is always empty.

it looked like the hallways were vacuumed weeks ago and the smell of cigar was too strong and disgusting and the people were very loud around 11:30 at night people were still being noise and nobody told them anything

The staff was friendly and the overall facility itself was of expectation.

The back door was kept open with a piece of paper so you didn't have to use your card and it was like a meeting place for undesirable ppl made it sketchy.
