Very average hotel with terrible breakfast experience.

The hotel was a good value. Good air conditioning. Comfortable.

Couldn't find staff for breakfast. No one was keeping the breakfast items stocked, no coffee, didn't clean tables.

Cancelled room did not stay went to another Wyndham property the super 8 in Greeley Colorado they are amazing.

The person. At the front desk was very rude to 7s and before I refused the room and went to the other property I was in tears

clean room, good breakfast friendly staff

room was very clean, all staff we interacted wtih were very helpful and friendly

walls were very thin. I could hear whole conversations through the door. and could hear the people above us just walking around.

Overall, good place to stay.

My room was cleaned and bed made every evening when I came in.

No closet to hang my clothes and no comfortable chair to sit in and watch TV. The room was extremely small.

not worth the money

it was centrally located.

the room was way too small for the amount of money. The walls were thin. we could hear people in the hallway late at night. the refrigerator froze my fruit. breakfast wasn’t good.

They are getting better with surge protectors to be able to plug in electronics.

The parking lot is still full on packed snow and icy. Right in front of the entrance to the building is where I would think would be the safest place but no, actually it's the worst.

I stayed here to attend a funeral, so it was good as a last minute option but definitely not the greatest i’ve ever stay

It was a good location and was very quiet, felt safe

The staff didn’t really know what they were doing when we checked in, the bed was pretty uncomfortable, the tub creaked when you step in it and was disconcerting

Staff were friendly

Phone didn’t work in room. Terrible noisy. Couldn’t sleep due to noise! The door lock was questionable if it worked.

I don’t think that it was worth the money

the staff was friendly and helpful

the room was in poor condition, a long crack in the drywall across the window area. old marker measurements on the wall by the bed that the paint didn’t cover. the television kept dropping out every time I turned on or off the bathroom light ?? very little to eat for breakfast, the coffee was usually just warm.

The beds were comfortable and we had room service three days which was nice

The pricing wasn’t the same as we expected.... was told one thing and charged another

Had a great stay and if we are ever in Greeley and need a place to stay we will be staying there

All the staff were very friendly and helpful- my dog liked everyone there she liked the area they have for her potty spot - us smokers liked the area also - the breakfast was great - my total bill was lower then what booking.com had told me

The staff was nice but the room left a lot to be desired.

convenient access to Island Grove Regional park

Tight parking lot. The room was really dark because you couldn’t open the drapes because right outside by the window were tires from the shop next door. There was absolutely no counter space in the bathroom. I had to put my toiletries on a shower chair with a towel on it. Gross. The smoked glass “headboard “ by the bed was a little creepy. There was no electrical outlets. I had to crawl behind and under the bed to plug in my phone charger.

Location was great. Room was quiet.

Broken lock. I was told it was because I kept key near cell phone. My mom’s key worked one time, she doesn’t have a cell phone. This became very frustrating. There was no adjustment to the bill for this mess.
