Alojamiento cómodo, equipado con dedicación y bien ubicado. Muy recomendable.

El alojamiento estaba muy ordenado y limpio. Está preparado con mucha dedicación y atención en los detalles, Está bien equipado para disfrutar la estadía. No recibí el código para abrir la caja donde se encontraban las llaves y entendernos telefónicamente al principio costó pero lo resolvimos exitosamente. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a contratarlo.

La habitación más chica con camas cuchetas es calurosa y le falta ventilación para renovar el aire si se cierra la puerta para dormir. Si la habitación queda abierta se puede refrescar con el aire acondicionado del comedor-cocina.

Amazing!

Wow! Thats all we have to say. The beach apartment was clean, super spacious and two super comfortable bedrooms for the family. Great living area with full equipped kitchen. Private patio with barbecue and outdoor share space area on the other side for all guests to enjoy. Wifi, cable, A/C unit in each room. Two wonderful updated bathrooms. Lots of closets and drawers for your belongings. Beach chairs included. Washer and dryer outside. And did we mention location! Beach less than 5 minute walk. Access to the boardwalk. What an amazing weekend, we are definitely coming back again. Thank you Vicky for making our stay so wonderful

Worst place I have stayed as it was falling apart, sadly could have still been salvaged if property manager was not so a

The location. Period, that is it.

Was not given the proper code to get key for unit. Microwave unsafe to use as a chunk of the door was missing. The door trim that dropped on my foot while going to the bathroom. The fact that the property manager did not ask if I was hurt by the falling door trim. she didn’t answer my 2am call while stuck outside, only got in to sleep as a window was left open. No assistance when I was having issues with paying parking. the parking that was listed as free when I booked BTW. And because I could not get a spot under her code I paid upwards of $33/8hrs. The fact she tried to blame me and my sister for the code issue. The AC that technically works but can’t keep up with the daytime heat. She did offer to send her assistant at 10:15 pm when I called about the parking issue. Then she said she tried to call but I had no record the next morning. somehow my sister got through to me so I called Vickie, the property manager, and stated I just wanted to make the best of an awful situation and no I do not trust someone in my unit without me there. At this point she “graciously” offered to refund my $ and I could go elsewhere. An empty offer for a holiday weekend with an air show going on as well. I have NEVER dealt with such an unprofessional person in all my travels or any customer service situation. She is full of hot air and empty promises. the cherry on this whole experience is how she treated my sister. Her sick husband went to the bathroom and the toilet clogged. Vickie requested an e-mail for the bill for the professional plumber!!!! claiming he broke the new toilet. Seriously?! We got back from our day about and saw the cleaning woman with two plungers. Guess she wears many hats. But only cleans lines and surfaces for the cleaning fee and expects a tip. The walls and appliances were dirty when we got there complete with a dirty dish towel. You are required to dispose of your own trash. and put lines in an invisible basket. almost forgot the bed.

Comfortable and convenient!

Family of 3 — stayed with our toddler. Located along a safe and quiet street, #5 (2BR, 2BA w/ king bed, bunk bed, sofa bed) was spacious and bright, clean and well-ventilated, with private access to a front patio with a nice little shade. Our little one enjoyed exploring the apartment more than the shore, so it was a win! Kitchen was fully equipped — having a dishwasher was awesome. Access to a shared washer and dryer in the backyard was a huge bonus as well, so you can travel light. It’s half a block to the boardwalk; stores, restaurants, and live events were all within walking distance… Use your favorite grocery or food delivery app to get goodies delivered straight to your unit. Vickie, the property manager, responded within a record-breaking 3-second response time. Easy check in and check out. Will book again!

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Thank you, Vickie and staff!

Cozy apartment 2 blocks from the beach with some nice extras

I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was cute, cozy, and beachy! Vickie was quick to reply to messages or calls. There was a store nearby when we needed things, and while the beach was just 2 blocks away, it was not in the busy section so the beaches were not crowded where we were. There were chairs, towels, and a boogie board. We didn't have a car, but there was a free parking pass. I don't know where I cwuld've parked though since there were no open spaces.

This looks like a lot, but it really isn't. I had emailed ahead because we were coming from a cruise ship so we had nowhere to hold our luggage and asked if I could drop ours off at 10am and I was told "yes, absolutely no problem will be my pleasure." I messaged when we got off the ship that we were on our way. When I arrived a little early at 9:40 she asked why I was there. I reminded her of my message and she told me check out was at 10 so I could leave my luggage in the laundry room, but they couldn't be responsible for it. We sat outside till 11 when housekeeping let us in. We got the code for the key about 2:30. The living room tv didn't work so we had to call someone else and they had to call the cable company, so it was never resolved, but the bedroom tv worked fine. There were a few tiles that had popped up and I caught my toe on the one right outside the bedroom in the dark. We could hear the neighbors closing drawers, sneezing, and watching tv, so I'm sure they could hear us too.

Great location. Clean. Updated. Spacious. Bikes available for use.

Guests before us messed up their booking so we didn't have a room for a whole day. Not really the host fault but was still inconvenient and set us back a day. Management was very nice & tried to resolve the issue quickly. The tub didn't drain properly and a piece of the drain cover was left off. Microwave had a crack in it but didn't really use it so didn't bother us.

Relaxing

This location is truly what I wanted. Waking up to the sunrise is what my soul was craving. it’s literally less than a block from the boardwalk and sand to enjoy the day going back and forth from the complex to get some TLC under the sun, We utilized the BBQ in the back and was quiet and perfect. Location is relaxing. Locals, visitors from all walks of life, pets near the area, bicyclist, rollerblades, endless options. Definitely would consider booking another weekend getaway .

What could be disclosed is that parking is not included. When booked or prior to reservation it showed parking as included. It requires a scan code inside complex to get discounted rate off parking meters

Property was actually nice. Not certain the online description did it justice or maybe I reserve so far before my trip I forgot about the courtyard shared by the 5 units and the laundry room. I didn’t sleep well not sure if it was the mattress or not.

No extra garbage bags and we never found any outdoor garbage cans close to our property so we took it across the street.

Overall just a very lovely and comfortable place to spend time.

Spacious, tidy and very clean. Beautifully decorated. I loved the outdoor patio area. Conveniently located close enough to a variety of dining options that we were able to walk along the beach to our destination for meals. The owners are friendly and very responsive.

prime location for beach lovers!

location was perfect. only a half block to the beach.

the cleaning fee was too much for a tiny place. shouldn’t take more than one hour for a deep clean.
