Bathroom with no mirror or vanity was subpar for a room that cost nearly $400 per night. The common areas were nice.

Location is great. The outdoor area and speakeasy are fun. Bed was very comfortable.
The room was under-appointed for the price.
The room smelled moldy; The carpet was dirty as was the divan. There was no place to put down luggage in the room other than the floor. The bathroom had no additional hooks or surfaces to hang toiletries. The sconce lighting next to the bed did not work. The room clock was set to the wrong time.
We also experienced issues getting into the room. The key codes in the booking information did not work. We had to wait at the front desk for different booking codes, which also turned out not to work. It was only on our third trip to the reservation desk that we were able to procure codes to access the room.

The location on the riverfront was epic.
I wish we knew there wasn’t dinner service the night we were there!

The food was very good.
We picked this spot for our wedding anniversary and we were not happy with our room. It was noisy at night due to them having events both nights until 12 pm , there was sticky stuff on the floor in our room, and there was no AC. There was also a lot of bugs. We also payed extra for a balcony that faced the building and the front entrance making it even louder. We were very disappointed.

The room heater thermostat is not adjusting properly , it turned on and off and loud in a small room., at night there’s music going on outside our room but we cannot sleep early at night because the music outside played all night. it stopped close to midnight. it was not good for guests trying to sleep quietly. it went off and on interval, but it’s cold in winter Dec. the coffee maker is in the room #26 is very small . otherwise the place is nice and pretty view of river and the stuff were great.
room heater thermostat does not adjust properly. it turned on and off and it got so hot in our room. it’s a bit noisy heater for a small room. the bed should be more sturdy comfort built beds. its important that the Manor have sturdy beds. some people are big. a Queen bed is not comfortable if it’s not sturdy enough to hold a big person. otherwise our room is cute. our dinner food was l great. stuff were great! property is pretty &. view was great.

I had a last minute trip to book in the area and Boho Manor, which I picked for location, ended up being a surprisingly great unique experience. The room was clean and comfortable, particularly the bed, but the staff really made the stay. The manager, Laurie, who checked me was very friendly and attentive. The bartender Nick was delightful and really created a great vibe, with some locals and guests intermingling, it felt like a great spot to experience local culture and chat with fellow travelers. I also took advantage of Thai Tuesday and the food was excellent. Boho Manor definitely exceeded my expectations, I hope to return on a weekend sometime, a true boutique hotel with a lot of character.

Food, drinks, and staff for dinner were exceptional; compliments to the chef, bar tender and wait staff!!! Everyone was helpful with our stay and ideas for our following travel. Highly recommend staying here.
We missed the music the night before and our stay was too short.

River view & property
my room was okay for one person, nice but it is good for one person, is pretty small, bathroom , cute . but it’s a good size room for one person only. however, if two people like to stay it’s fairly good room too. maybe tell people who make reservation that it’s a small room .

outdoor area was nice at the river with some gas fire places.
the waitress at the dinner was very friendly and tried her best. the food was okay.
check in took 1 hour, I made booking & payment via booking.com and then they said they need my Credit card again. Then they didn’t made it to charge the night due to there system so they asked me to pay it via a restaurant bill?! after that the receptionist were not able to find the key for our room.
then a wild person was running back and forth without wearing a shirt, just in jeans, doing some rework on the property. the receptions told us this is the ex owner of the building and he is still around…. he needed him to find our key at the end.
the room was super small, very old and in a separated building, bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen, very small again and not that clean.
the smell in the room was not good and my wife got massive headache from it.
during evening we ordered food in the restaurant outdoor place, 2 drinks, one meal - it took then 45 minutes to bring us the food but also 45min to bring 2 coke! they seem busy but hey, is this my problem as a customer?
everything together not worth the money.
for 260$ the night you should get a proper room and at least average service.
we will not come again.

We were treated very well. Customer service was 5 stars....excellent, professional, friendly and very accommodating. The breathtaking view and location was outstanding. Cute and charming style of exterior building and the amenities were satisfactory. The bartender making our drinks really put a smile on our faces after a long drive and drinks were refreshing. Front desk receptionist made us feel very at home, welcoming and easy to talk to. The hot tub was amazing!!!!
The noise when trying to sleep was a big problem on the 2 mornings we woke up to. The size of the room was very small although we made it work. The taste of the (sea bass entree because they were out of the Halibut) we ordered could definitely use more flavors with salt, pepper and other spices. It was also overcooked.
One suggestion or recommendation would be to add a real breakfast with more selection such as: eggs or sausage/bacon or toast or waffles, etc. We would have been more than happy to pay for a good breakfast to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the river.

The location was awesome. The staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was lovely. There are a lot of really nice upgrades happening with the new ownership. The bartender was awesome and it was nice sitting on the patio for an afternoon / evening cocktail. It was easy to check in and out
There were a few minor issues however they were resolved quickly after speaking with staff. I appreciate the fact that they were receptive to our requests and constructive feedback. I would love to return after all the renovations are complete. I really like what they have done so far.

Location was absolutely gorgeous! I was taken aback by the view in my room. Dinner was lovely and staff very kind.
The only thing that could have been better was the mattress. It was a bit like a grassy knoll. I rolled to one side and the other, but finally found comfort by putting my head at the foot of the bed. Still, I was very pleased, overall. Thank you so much!

The location is great - right along the river. It's a nice, quiet getaway with easy access to nearby parks, Guerneville, and the beach/ocean. We ended up upgrading to room 20, which had an awesome balcony to hang out on. We had dinner at the restaurant the first night - definitely worth eating at while you stay there.
If you're in room 20, bring an eye mask if you prefer not to be woken up too early by natural light or if you prefer the feeling of more privacy. The window next to the bed only has a see-through curtain, so it'd be great if they added something else there to close!

The view from the room was amazing since it was overlooking the river. The snacks included in the room were a very nice bonus. The dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious and the service was great. The owner stopped by our table and chatted with us. The breakfast sweets were very good.
The cleanliness of the small sofa in our room was questionable, but otherwise the room seemed clean. There were only 2 bath towels, 3 would have been nice. Only a couple of hangers to hang clothes on, could have been a few more.

no microwave, minimal housekeeping, blackbirds divebombing us all day..

Location was as expected beautiful area
There was no dinning Mon & Tue at all and that was one of the reason we selected this sitepleasant

Tiny bathroom in our room otherwise perfect. :)

What a setting, with redwoods right around the property and the river below the garden terrace. Easy off road parking. Clean, compact room, comfy bed.
Although the booking system gives the room size, I hadn’t realized how small the room and bathroom would be. I think we got caught up seeing the photos for the bigger rooms so we expected a roomier place with some comfy seating. Only one hand towel supplied and milk and sugar not restocked for the second day. Pricey room for its size. The inn restaurant is still shut but Rio cafe (a walk across the bridge) does great breakfasts and meals. The manager gave us the names of other local restaurants too.
