great location, booking company was great and helped us get in a day early before the hurricane hit.

Location, air conditioned and Hot Water.

Just to check in to the property and access to the room took over an hour and a half. The pool was filthy, and off limits. The bed sheets was unwashed and stained. The beds are old and worn out. Internet wifi was down. When we called the owner of the time share to bring it to her attention, she basically called me a liar and dismissed my complaint saying that no one has ever complained before. Yet we have our photos to prove it.

Location,privacy,cleaniness,spacious,swiming area and the price! The neighbors where very respectful and polite. This place is a great place to take a family. It's very easy to relax here

You are charged a cleaning fee of I believe $170 and also are expected to help clean up before you leave. There was no cleaning supplies provided we had to purchase them. We also needed to purchase toiletries and trash bags.

I loved the ease of having access codes. Not having to check in at a desk because my family and I arrived very late to the location. There were clean towels and dishes to use. The place seemed very well kept for the most part. The property was very spacious as well as the parking accommodations.

Very few things I didn’t like. The shower liner seemed to have a few molded spots on it. In the kitchen, on numerous occasions I found “sweet ants” crawling around and a couple times I found ants crawling on the floor. I stayed an entire week and seen maybe three or four.
