The rooms are nice and clean. I like the parking situation and location.

The hotel staff was nice.
There was a mysterious substance coming from the mirror that was sticky and had hair in it. The sheets also had small hairs on them. It didn't feel clean.

The location was very nice not far from where we had to be. The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we stay there.
Only thing was a random guest was being very sketched. Where we felt uncomfortable that we had to pick a different floor so he won't which room we actually stayed in.

The front staff at this location was great, they were very accommodating and friendly. I had to call a couple of times before my visit to clarify a few things and they answered all of my questions easily. Check-in was easy, and the continental breakfast was plentiful and well put out. Hot and many options. I asked the front desk for towels while I was having breakfast and they were able to provide them to me very quickly. Check out with simple I ended up Not staying as long as I planned, and the price was adjusted easily. Staff was great beds were fairly comfortable, breakfast is good. We didn’t get to try any of the amenities but they seemed up to par. We were in town for a funeral service so the ease of staying here really helped the situation.

The air Air conditioner made the room feel wet. The floors were damp, the sheets and furniture felt damp.

that’s is conveniently located by 59 south and my dad were I come I. town to visit I been staying here for years now.
the only thing that turned me off was the prices!!! they have went up way too high. the one on North is way cheaper, guess I’ll be staying there or elsewhere now I’m in town now and wanted to stay there tonight but the price is double as to some very decent hotels. I travel solo so don’t need much accommodations. the building is way older now why are prices going up?

the company is is serving Covid breakfast which is a way of just pocketing more money when the best western we stayed in the night before served up a real hot breakfast

Property in sorely worn in public areas. Night manager had her family sleeping in the lobby. Noise level from the smoking area continued past 2am. Hvac is aged and barely adequate. Strong refresh needed for an otherwise attractive property.
