About this condo rental
This accommodation is a recently renovated characteristic apartment located in the heart of the downton Sanremo in an historic stone masonry building with vaulted ceilings. It is just a few meters from the cathedral of San Siro and only 400 m from the nearest beaches; in the immediate vicinity are the Casino and the Ariston Theatre (Italian Song Festival). The apartment is at the third floor (without elevator); it is sunny in the morning and bright in the afternoon. Everything you could need for your vacation is here: (1) Living room with queen-size sleeper sofa (140 cm), TV LCD, DVD player, stereo, laptop and floor fan, (2) Bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, 32'' TV LCD and air conditioning, (3) Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, NESPRESSO® coffe machine, (4) bathroom with shower and washing machine, (5) Large storage room. There is a WI-FI INTERNET connection, a self-heating with thermostat and an intercom. Additional equipment: baby's chair and cot, water carbonation device

Einfach, sauber,liebevolle Unterkunft in der Altstadt San Remos
Habe mit meinen Jungs den Aufenthalt in Federicas gemütlichem Apartment sehr genossen. Mitten in der Altstadt, direkt bei Geschäften, Markthalle und sehr guten kleinen Restaurantes. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit zu gehen. Wer das italienische " ars vivendi" mag, ist hier genau richtig. Von uns aus nur zu empfehlen und ein lieber gruß an Fulvio, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und gleich zur stelle. Diese 10 Tage im heißen August waren einfach nur toll. Glg. Franz, Samuel und Joël.

We enjoyed our one-week-stay end of October. Really great appartement, nice location in the middle of the town, great shopping oppurtunities close by, no long walk to the sea and beaches. Totally recommandable.

We booked this apartment for our summer holidays on the sea side for two weeks. The apartment is air conditioned, non smoking, clean, well appointed, and all amenities are provided for. (bed sheets, towels, washing machine plus all basic stuff for kitchen). We could cook our own meals without issues as everything in the kitchen was fully functional and good quality cooking utensils were provided.
It was big enough for all 4 of us (2 adults; two children). The apartment is very near to the San Siro square, central main shopping street and walking distance from beaches, shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket beyond the car-park near the apartment.(5 mins walk). Saying that, its not noisy if you keep the windows closed.
The owners are really kind, friendly and very helpful. We thank them for looking after us well. We had a good stay and we recommend Federica's property for a family vacation.

sistemazione strategica e ottimo trattamento
Ho soggiornato durante le festività natalizie con i miei bambini di 4 e 7 anni. L'appartamento si trova in zona pedonale e servitissima, a pochi passi dalle spiagge che si possono raggiungere senza necessariamente attraversare strade trafficate (per chi ha bambini piccoli non è cosa da poco). Vicinissimo al mercato e alla chiesa di S. Siro. La sistemazione è molto confortevole e i padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Unico neo sono le scale per raggiungere il terzo piano che non sono adatte a mio parere ad anziani o al trasporto di passeggini nel caso di bambini molto piccoli. A parte questo aspetto, che a noi non ha creato grossi problemi, direi che è un'ottima soluzione per chi volesse soggiornare in Sanremo e godersi il centro con i suoi ristoranti e gli splendidi negozi senza rinunciare alla tranquillità e al facile accesso alle spiagge.

Managed by the friendly Fulvio, who was on call if anything went wrong (which it didn't), the apartment is ideal for those holiday-makers who, like my wife and I, want independence on holiday rather than being coddled up in a hotel.
A little balcony would have topped off the apartment but for the price I'm not complaining about this minor point.
I would unhesitatingly recommend this apartment to the independent-minded holidaymaker visiting Sanremo.

A great apartment sited in a charming little street near to the centre of Sanremo (which is literally a few minutes away by foot). Unbelievably well-appointed: you could practically arrive just with the clothes on your back and have almost everything you need already there in the apartment.
Managed by the friendly Fulvio, who was on call if anything went wrong (which it didn't), the apartment is ideal for those holiday-makers who, like my wife and I, want independence on holiday rather than being coddled up in a hotel.

apartment is located right in the heart of san remo - next to the market (which we loved - fresh pasta/parmesan/fish/ham) and a clothing market tuesdays and saturdays. Fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time - we found he restaurants located near the apartment much nicer and more reasonable than he ones near the front. lovely quirky & clean apartment we would certainly use again!
