The location was great and the view was amazing because it was so close to the beach. That's where my positive comments end.

The pictures posted online of the condo should be considered false advertising. The couch was literally falling apart. The fake leather was peeling off in big pieces every time we sat on it. There wasn't a rug like in the picture. No leather recliner. The bedding was not the beautiful bedding in the pictures. One of the quilts had dried blood on it. Totally grossed us out. There weren't even bedskirts on the beds. I could go on. Majorly disappointed because we didn't get what we paid for. I talked to the rental company and all they said was, "I'm sorry, we'll bring new sheets."

The view, beach access

Coffee pot didn't work, leather sofa has serious peeling where your head would be. Under sofa bed and master bed needs cleaned

The property and apartment were very clean.

It could use a little upgrade though. A lot of things were rusty, including the coffee pot. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the living room TV on. The bedroom TV had about 5 remotes, lol.

Closeness to the beach

Cost. Needs better curtains and paint splotches all over.
