Most wonderful staff
The staff were amazingly pleasant and understanding! After I was not able to arrive due to a car crash I had gotten into the night of arrival, they gave me a refund and were so very lovely about it! 10/10

Very good
It’s the closest hotel to Keno City which is what attracted us. They had good barbecue facilities but we didn’t know in advance so we couldn’t take advantage of them.

Exceptional
No food available when we stayed in early May, as the restaurant not open yet. We had a fridge in our room and bought a cold meal with us.

Passable
Windows had broken screens in a buggy area. Windows could not be opened or closed Glass panes were broken. Staff said they did not have my reservation. Then in the end, gave us the room of a tradesman who had checked out early but it took a long wait to sort this out.

Good
Huge room with two big, comfortable beds with nice linens. Nice bathroom. Overall pretty happy with the quality of the room given the limited options in this area. Was great to have the microwave and fridge as there was were no restaurants in Mayo (or Keno) so had to get microwave dinners for supper from the local grocery store. Be prepared with provisions if you stay in the area! I understand there used to be some food options but they were either temporarily or permanently closed when we were there in late August.
Guests in the halls can be noisy. Screen in window was a bit loose so opening the window to let some air in led to flies coming in that became bothersome quite quickly. Not the fault of the hotel but be aware there's limited options in the area for food or things to do. Mayo isn't much of a village / town. We went to see the scenery further down in Keno, which was great, but would not suggest staying more than one night in this part of the Yukon.
