Asked for them to make up sofa bed, never happened. When I called to ask again unable to provide a blanket. When checking out and mentioning this to the morning staff they didnt even bat sn eye. No laundry facilities. Totally overrated hotel.

Everything! From the location, artwork, staff, cleanliness! I actually recommended this hotel to a friend that will be traveling to Nashville in the very near future
I loved my stay. No complaints

The location was great and the fitness center was top notch.

The high standard finish felt like a 5 start, not 4 star. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The valet staff gave added touches like opening doors.
Access to the pool closed earlier than advertised.

The location was close to restaurants and nightlife yet quiet. I loved the free water during the hot Cma festival!
I liked everything!

clean room and location
I couldn’t get Wi-Fi and I was there for work. Apparently I wasn’t the only one. aAlso had a couple of breakfast meetings there and everyone agreed it was an odd menu.
I had a dinner cancel so thought I would eat at the bar. Wasn’t very appealing.
I’m a IHG member and have stayed in Kimpton Hotels in Utah, NY and Atlanta. This one wasn’t as impressive. The Wi-Fi problem was a definite issue.

It was in a great location. Easy to walk or ride scooters to places. Staff was so friendly. We were there for my daughters 21st birthday and they gave her a bottle of wine when we checked in.

I loved that it was quiet and clean. The staff seemed very knowledgeable about the area.
My husband contacted them a couple of days before we arrived and asked about an early check in. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and headed to our room. We immediately noticed that we were given a smaller room. It was tiny. The lady at the front desk told my husband that since we needed an early check in, this was the only room they had clean and ready. My husband and I both were taken back by the fact that she didn’t mention that when we checked in. There was no mention of offering us money back since we were basically being downgraded. They ended up moving us to a different room that was a little bigger but still not what we had reserved. They told us it was a Booking.com issue.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It made it impossible to just lounge in the room. There was also no fitted sheet on the bed. Only a flat one draped over the mattress cover. So if you turn over a couple of times in the bed, you eventually just end up on the mattress cover because the flat sheet wouldn’t stay put. I called the front desk to ask for a fitted sheet and she said they didn’t use fitted sheets. It was very odd and made the uncomfortable bed even more uncomfortable.
We specifically stayed at this hotel because it had a spa connected. We were not impressed with the spa service at all. It was very overpriced. Pretty but not worth the price tag.
We also were bummed that although the restaurant, The Henley, said it was open until midnight, the kitchen closed at 10.
