Wonderful Alaska charm!

The view of the lake was amazing. The room was well appointed with nice linens, a super comfy king bed and plush pillows. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for two since there were many things in the local area to see. Everett's Restaurant on the property provided an excellent dinner. The resort staff was incredibly friendly.

Passable

No food available in the restaurant. No breakfast available. Oh well! The bed was awesome!

Someone opened our back door in the AM. No knocking just opened the door. I called for my husband thinking the person would go away. That’s when they opened the door and I hollered at them to not dare to come in. Who knows how I could have hurt them?

Superb

food was very good. Probably the best dinner we have had in the area.

Dinner service was poor. Staff standing around on there phone socializing. Plenty of staff with only two tables to serve. Had to go to the bar several times to just get drinks.

they have prattle boards and stuff you can use for free! and we went out on the lake and had a really good time

You call this a resort?!

The only good thing about this stay is the bed was comfortable.

This is NOT a resort, it is a no-name motel at best, a motel without even a continental breakfast. There are ZERO amenities besides wifi, the restaurant that’s attached isn’t open most of the time, so breakfast is out of the question, and there are no staff around ever to call if you are having a problem. The towels were yellow tinged and smelled like dog pee! Couldn’t call anyone to get new towels. The room had a smell of cigarettes they tried covering up with a plug in, I left smelling like cigarettes. This is NOT worth your money!

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly!

The sink was clogged, the bathroom door will not shut. The room smelled of mold. The room was absolutely filthy from dust and debris. I just can’t get over the smell. The television didn’t work we had to call in a work order. When checking out no one was present to clear us. For 500 dollars we expected way more. The duvet cover was also not there which is unsanitary. Over all this was a horrible Experience the staff was very friendly but they could work a lot better and how they actually run the rooms and clean. Beautiful place But lack on the restaurant service.

Very good

Beds were so comfy and the room was nice and clean. We loved using the patio to sit and look out at the lake. Did not get a chance to use the restaurant as our stay was very short.

Lakeside Gem

Beautiful location, quiet, right on the lakefront. The room is large, beautifully decorated and bed and pillows very comfortable! Really good restraunt with full bar on site. Definitely coming back.

No breakfast served at restraunt. Do have coffee, tea and hot chocolate, microwave and fridge in the room!

Priced as a high end lodge. did not come close to that.!!!

One of the reasons we choose this property was the dinning was advertised as "fine dinning" It was anything but that! its a family restaurant at best. Before I retired I traveled for a living, I never sent a meal back!! This one was so bad even the manager apologized!! If it wasn't for our awesome waitress Robin, our evening would have been a total disaster!!

Nice facility but poorly managed.

I could never find the staff, the internet never worked and im stlll trying to get an answer about mystery charges to my credit card. I've left multiple message with the restaurant staff trying to find the hotel staff and nobody ever called me back.
