Enormous house with amazing rooftop deck! Great location- so close to the beach.
Only 1 working tv in living room.

The big backyard and size of the house.
The Wi-Fi password not working as well as only glass cups. Nice residence, but needs to be updated especially the tv’s.

The only thing I like was that it's near the ocean. That's it.
The stay was unpleasant. Mattresses very uncomfortable, dirty, and outdated. Towels with hairs on them. Found socks from someone previously at the location. So cleaning crew failed. Don't see myself coming again.

no heat in the house, very expensive price point. Dirty sheets and floors.

garage wasn’t working, windows dirty in and out, showers were gross. this place wasn’t fully cleaned. Covid nightmare

Good space; Outside is great. Beds comfortable; Deck was good...but a few soft spots... AC was good
Old and dated; musty; many things broken; cut tree branches blocking the driveway and creating ants
An adult potty chair was placed on the front door....been there for awhile according to neighbors; Definitely not beachside...it's about a 3 block walk

Loved how close the home was to everything. Very spacious and beautiful old bones of a well built home.
Home had strange noises. Daughter thinks it may be haunted.

The feel of the house. Felt so familiar and cozy.
Nothing really. Except Brother in law wanted a fire in the fire place. Maybe an insert?

Location was awesome. The size was perfect. Loved the roomy feel of the old place. Back yard was real nice. Lots of parking off the street. Great hot water.
Two of the beds were fine. The rest were not good. Old, flimsy and very uncomfortable. The floors were not swept and mopped before we arrived. Everything else was really wonderful. I would request a higher recliner for handicap people. We had to take all the pillows and put them under a cushion so that my dad could get out of the couch.

Closeness to everything and the size. Liked the yard area for the kids to run around in. Could be really pretty.
Drapes need cleaned badly!! Vent in the upstairs bathroom needed a good cleaning too! Didn’t check the others only the one I used! Could not get the front door to open.

Beautiful spacious house with great deck and yard, close to beach. Very comfortable and pleasant. Lots of dishes/pots/pans to cook with. And having a garage to put cars in was a plus!
House heating system is noisy...bang and clangs all night long. Would likely be a better choice in summer months!
